We found dealing with both the owner and Ron very friendly and extremely efficient. The house was good value for money, in a good location and the kids loved the pool.

Dear Friends, on this Christmas 2012 we made use of the Villa 929 in Orlando and our stay was very nice, the house is comfortable, clean and the place is quiet and nice, plus it is close to parks, whereas in florida always take you where you go at least 20 minutes. As other visitors suggestions, I recommend that do not leave the GPS is super useful, should also allow the use of heated water pisicna no cost, however the cost-benefit ratio is excellent. We booked the villa only a couple of weeks before leaving, which was very straightforward. All information prior to the trip was excellent. The villa was in a fantastic location and only 20 mins to the main attractions. The pool is fantastic, which our children loved. I cannot fault anything about the villa. Excellent value too. There is even the large communal pool if you fancy a change or a round of golf on the lovely little 9 hole course. All in all this is a great base for a holiday in Florida. We will definitely be booking again.

Having booked this villa last minute i was unsure of what to expect. I commend the owners on their speed of booking and the accuracy on where the villa is located.The villa is exactly as shown in the photos and i was not disappointed.The villa has everything you need in a rental home and more. The villa is spotless clean,very spacious and the pool area has the sun all day - a great bonus after a busy day in the parks. The villa is approx 15mins to Disney and a quick 5 minute drive to the local Walmart,shopping and various restaurants. We had a great family holiday here. Thanks.

This was the first time we had rented a holiday home during a vacation rather than staying in hotels following our experience of this property we will definitely be doing it again!
This property had everything we could possibly wish for and more, plus its in a great location close to all the Disney parks whilst being in a peaceful spot overlooking a golf course/clubhouse and small lake. There are also loads and loads of restaurants nearby on the main highway 195.
We thought the property was good value for money which would comfortably sleep up to 9 people if required, however as there was only the three of us (my wife, 9-year old son and myself) so we had absolutely loads of space to ourselves!
Having your own pool and patio area to come back to after tiring days walking around theme parks was a great bonus for us, and we also made use of the wonderful shared pool, cabana and boardwalk (which we had all to ourselves on Easter Sunday!) located on the estate just a short walk from the villa and right next to lake Davenport.
We made good use of the well equipped kitchen having bought supplies from both Walmart and Publix supermarkets which are just a short drive away, and found the cool-box very useful for taking packed lunches / cold drinks to the two water-parks found close by (Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon). My wife also seemed to have a great time using the washing, drying and ironing facilities!!!
We can heartily recommend this property to any families looking to stay in the Disney area for a holiday and we will definitely rent it again should we return to Florida in the future.
