Hi Barry,
Thank you for returning our deposit. I also wanted to share what a wonderful time we had at the Villa. Our party included multiple generations and the home offered space to share as well as privacy. We visited the area beaches shown in the villa manual. As the weather was little cool, thankfully, we had the pool and the hot tub and thats where we spent the majority of our time. Hi Barry, The villa was everything and more, we had a wonderful time at the villa and in the surrounding area of Port Charlotte as it is so nice.
Finding the villa was very easy from Tampa. The Golf courses where fantastic, even in better conditions than those in Orlando, and that takes some doing.
The villa was very comfortable and clean and the guys loved the pool and the dock, they were fishing every night after golf. We left the villa early so as to have a day in Clearwater before our flight home.

Hi Barry, just wanted to let you know that we very much enjoyed our stay at you house in Port Charlotte. The house was lovely and very comfortable. Although we did not see your alligator, we did catch a nice dinner of redfish and sheep’s head from the dock, and enjoyed being able to bring our boat to the dock through the canal system.

Hi Barry, We had a wonderful time, I cannot say enough wonderful things about your villa and the area, and it was magnificent. We had a fantastic holiday there.
The villa is beautiful, my husband and I had the main master suite and it was amazing.
The bathroom was the biggest I’ve ever been in and we had a steady stream of visitors for a dip in the tub!
Your resident gator made a visit most days, we were thrilled to bits and got some fantastic pictures of it, think he enjoyed his rather nervous audience.
And thank you so much for the discount off our next booking, we will be back next year to use it!

Many thanks for a great holiday and agreeing to a late departure time from the villa on Sunday.
An enjoyable time was had by all, at your villa. Its location was perfect and for us, it was a "good" find on the owner’s direct web site. We did have a couple of small problems which were dealt with promptly by Brenda. These in no way lessened the good time we had. Again many thanks Garry & Jacqueline and family UK.

"Not only is this a large, comfortable, superbly presented property, but it is professionally managed with courteous and helpful owners. It is well located in a fantastic area of Florida, whether you want to laze on a beach, visit the offshore islands or compete with the 'gators from the boat dock for fish - great fun! I just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time at your villa.
The weather was great (Very Hot) and we made full use of the pool and spa. My son was over the moon that there was a Shamu in the pool (As in your pictures). Out of the three villas we stayed at during this tour, yours was the
cleanest, and the best, we loved it. The villa was complete with everything we could have needed.

First, let me thank you for allowing us into your lovely Florida home, we had a marvelous time! Your home was everything we could have asked for and more. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious and so well stocked with linen, kitchen necessities, toys, etc. The pool and hot tub got a LOT of use! Our 3 year old granddaughter was in heaven!

Hello Barry, We want to thank you for allowing us to rent your Villa Heron View. It is a very beautiful place. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and do what they wanted (rest, sit out on the lanai, watch TV). It was a quiet and relaxing vacation-as we had planned.
It was the perfect way to meet and enjoy our new grandson. Which was also a nice way to spend time with our family-we came from RI, MA and MO to meet the baby. We are already planning on doing it again next year. Although we may need to rent 2 villas because more people want to come. So, looking forward to doing it again next year?

Hello Barry!
We came home last Friday from our wonderful trip to Florida, and our stay in your wonderful house! We really had a great and relaxing time!
It was so nice when we arrived at your house very late Sunday July 2nd, and found the food that was for our breakfast - that was very kind of you!
We walked around the house, and it was so nice and clean, and when we woke up the next morning, the sun was shining from a blue sky and we had our breakfast by the pool! The kids had a lovely time with all the toys that were in the house - so thanks for that!
We made several trips to outlet malls, Disney World and the beach, but most of our stay we were in the house enjoying the pool, Spa and reading the books that were there! We have a nice tan and are now very relaxed. We had a nice flight back home; the kids slept the whole way :-) So thanks again and maybe we can contact you again next year?

This villa was absolutely fantastic - I couldn't recommend it more highly.
It is very large and comfortable and is in a good location for anyone with a car, being close to Gasparilla island and Englewood.
It's also on a canal which means you can watch the herons and alligators in safety from the dock!
There is lots of really useful information in the villa on local restaurants, beaches, sports, medical info etc. which is really useful.
The local agents are very friendly and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations on things to do and where to go.
The pool backs onto the 2 main bedrooms and it's great to get out of bed, open the bedroom doors and jump straight in the pool.
I went to villa Heron View in May 2005 in a party of 4 people on a golf holiday.
It's located in a great spot with easy access to the following championship golf courses which all cost around $20 including buggy hire
Riverwood
Lemon Bay
Long Marsh
Palms etc. etc...
All of these courses would probably cost £65+ in the UK.

The Property is located in one of the remaining unspoilt areas of Florida, it is very peacful but only 10 mins from Supermarket and 15 mins from large shopping mall, also within easy reach of beaches and restaurants.
Communication with the owner, leading to our vacations was very prompt and very helpful. The villa provided everything we could possibly require during our stay.
The only negative comment, if I have one is that it is not possible to use the telephone as the area codes are too restricted, also the tv progamming is restricted and we were not given the necessary code to unlock - however this did not in any way spoil our vacation.
