I booked this villa through Owners Direct ref no F1968. From the first contact with the owners everything went really smoothly. They provided us with all the information we needed and kept in contact with us. The villa is in a gated community which makes it feel very safe and secure. The villa feels very homely not like a holiday rental. (I would love the settees in my house they were so comfortable.) This is our 5th visit to Florida this is by far the best villa we have stayed in.
Location is excellent close to the I4 an US27. Shopping area including supermarket, chemist, petrol station and Chinese was about 5mins from the villa.I would rate this villa as 5star and would have no hesitation in highly recommending it.

Palm Manor Villa is a beautiful villa sat in a very quiet peaceful estate. It was my 4th time in Florida and it was by far the best Villa Ive stayed in. It was my dads first time in Florida, so it was important to me that the villa was up to scratch, and it far exceeded our expectations. The pool and deck is larger than most and captured the sun all day, the games room was very comfortable which included 3 comfy sofas and the villa itself is modern and very specious. The villa has 4 bedrooms with 3 of these rooms having double beds! 2 with en suite bathrooms! Which I find quite rare. When we came home to England all we could think about was how small our house seemed. I usually like to try different villas when I come back to Florida, but I cant wait to come back to this one. We looked at a variety of villas before booking this one and we felt we made a great choice. The owner was very helpful in proving information, responded to e-mails promptly and made the booking process as easy as possible. The villa itself was very impressive with huge, comfy beds, lovely pool area and was spotlessly clean and stylish. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was great, close to supermarket, restaurants etc, easy travelling distance to theme parks but in a quiet, safe and secure location - would def recommend! C. We have just returned from this beautiful villa which was very pleasant the decor was done very tastefully and if you had enough energy after the parks or shopping you could chill out in the spa and then have a game of pool in the also very tastefully decorated room i would highly recommend this home as its like home away from home very clean cant wait to return i will recommend it to everyone

"We stayed at the Villa for 12 nights and loved everything about it. From the moment we entered the gated community we were very impressed with the surroundings....From swimming in the pool to watching television / DVDs in the villa or just enjoying a glass of wine after a hectic day in the parks it was lovely.
