Very nice house, great location, quiet community. There were a few problems with the house but the management company resolved them quickly. The kids loved the pool and the whole family enjoyed the game room so much that we bought a pool table as soon as we got home.

We rented this property from 2nd October to 23rd October 2012 and it proved to be in excellent order. It was a fantastic 1st time villa experience for us as we normally do Disney Hotels. Great location, well maintained community facilities, 2 mins from Highway 192 and 5 mins from Disney. Would definitely recommend and may well be back next year.

Our experience with the property was outstanding. From the decor and furnishings to the game room and pool, all were terrific. Everything was clean and comfortable.
I do want to let you know that we had a few bugs, but not bad. Since we are from Texas, we are used to taking care of a few critters ourselves, so it was no problem. We know it is not easy to avoid them in Florida summers too. However, you may want to exterminate for your future renters.

This property was excellent value for our money and met 95% of our expectations. The two disappointments for us was the second Master Bedroom and the temperature of the pool. We had two couples and while we had the grand master, which was fabulous - our guests had the small cramped master, with a double bed. I was under the impression when I booked that both masters were of the same size. The pool was quite chilly and, while the children didnt seem to mind, us adults were not too keen on going in.
Other than that, it was a fabulous stay and the convenience to the Disney parks was awesome! Also, the convenience to local restaurants & grocery stores!
We would definitely recommend this property & your services. Thank you for the great presentation when we walked in and for accommodating our early check in.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was everything we expected and fit the needs of our family perfectly. The proximity to the local attractions was nice and being in a gated community gave an extra feeling of security. If we return to the area we would stay here again.

Only 5 minutes to Disney, my family loved staying at this house. It had all the comforts of home and more. The front of the exterior needs some upkeep, but the inside was beautiful. We would highly recommend this house and would love to stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay here very much, and had plenty of room for the 8 people in our party. House was very clean, and neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would definately rent again if we plan another trip to Orlando with friends. Other family that went with us said that the room in the house made it easier to stay for the whole week. Only suggestion I would have is to put some sort of discernable number on the house, so it would be easier to identify when pulling into neighborhood after long day at parks.
