We had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The villa is spacious, well kept and decorated. Hanish and Fatima are extremely accommodating and helpful. We used Hanish a lot to drive us around and he was fun, charming and informative.
I would recommend Xanadu completely. The only downside was the building work on the next frond, but I think that is going on all over Dubai!

What a fantastic villa, perfect location & perfect weather.
We all had a fabulous time at Xanadu, We had the whole beach to ourselves which the kids adored, and the swimming pool was as warm as a bath.
We adore Dubai & will defiantly be returning.

This is our 2nd vacation in this Villa, We Loved it! so unique, location is perfect, the view is amazing, fatema & Hanish is soo helpful. Kevin the owner is a great person and so helpful.

We were well looked after by Fatimah and Hannish.They kept thepropert immaculate and were always there when we needed something but were never noticed at any other time. I would highly recommend the property and my family want to go back soon. In fact they didnt want to leave.

Wir waren im Oktober 2011 zu Gast in dieser wunderschönen Villa.
Die Zimmer ein Traum. Jeder hatte genug Platz für sich. Insgesamt waren wir 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder. Die Ausstattung absolut perfekt, mit TV, Laptop, freies Internet über WLAN, liess keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick wunderschön, direkt auf das Hotel Atlantis. Leider war das Meerwasser etwas zu warm. Vorischt Quallengefahr. Das Frühstück leider ohne Eier ( gekochte, Rühr oder Spiegeleier ) , mussten wir uns selber machen. Anstonsten alles, was das Herz begehrt. Jeden Tag mit dem Fahrer ( max. Platz für 7 Personen ) + ein eigenes Auto unterwegs gewesen. Fahrer und Haushälterin sehr sehr freundlich.
Vorsicht nur bei längeren Fahrten ( weiter als Mall of Emirates ) immer den Fahrer fragen, was es extra kostet.
Nicht die Welt aber auch nicht umsonst. Aufgrund der hohen Aussentemperaturen, baten wir darum, den Pool zu kühlen. Es ist genial aber es kostet zusätzlich 115,00 Dirham ( ca 25,00 Euro ) pro Tag. Ausreichend ist eine Kühlung alle 3-4 Tage. Ich kann jedem empfehlen dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen, dabei aber auf Kleinigkeiten zu achten. Bei Vollbelegung ( 12 Personen ) ist der Preis dann auch nicht die Welt. Eine unserer schönsten Reisen.
Ich kann die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Great Villa with great view, It is better than the pictures, we all loved it and will come again. just be aware that the breakfast is not an option, you have to pay for it, the jacussi in the main bedroom was not working. but everything is great, Hanish the driver and Fatima the maid was very helpful and so kind.

Breakfast is an extra as shown on the booking form before you confirm your booking. The jacuzzi is working but the safety switch outside the bathroom must be turned to the "ON" position.

We found that the property in excellent condition and were looked afer very well the only issue that we had was that two of teh kids oicked up an ear infection from the pool.

The pool is cleaned and water chemically tested twice weekly. It is most probable that the children got the infection from playing in the sea.

WOW.....I hired the Villa to celebrate my 40th Birthday in mid Jan 2010 and what a fantastic place it was. It exceeded all expectations and my friends and family (a party of 11 in total) had a great time.
Hanish (driver) & Preetha (housekeeper) gave a very professional, courteous and friendly service meeting all of our needs.
Everything with the villa was great and would thoroughly reccommend it to anyone wishing for a stress free week in a well appointed and luxury villa. Id love to return at some stage in the future.

Good location and amenities for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. Good breakfast, knowledgable and helpful staff, we would definitely consider rebooking as it had everything we needed. Cannot think of a minus. We all loved it.

What an amazing place!!!! I stayed with 10 of my friends for my hen week. We had a fantastic time and a week that non of us will ever forget!

Villa Xanadu was an amazing place to spend a vacation. It had everything we needed, including first-class service from the housekeeper. The driver was on his own holiday while we were there, but the housekeeper was able to drive us sometimes.
We loved the privacy of the en-suite bedrooms and the terrace off the master bath. The location was quiet but yet close enough for a short drive into town when needed. We used the kayaks and the grill and took numerous walks on the beach although the pool was too cold to use while we were there.
I would recommend Xanadu and stay there again if we ever return.

The villa is stunning. We got picked up late, the villa wasnt clean, no downturn or proper cleaning. As we were only 3 staying in the villa I think we were just an inconvenience and felt as though we were staying as guests in the keepers house. We had to ask for the water to be filled up etc and when our flight was delayed we asked if we could stay a few hours more only to be told no because they had to clean ready for the next guests. As it was our honeymoon we really were upset, we loved the villa but it was so unclean I took pictures. The pool was freezing too. Would only recommend if the cleaner was changed, the driver was fine and if the pool was heated.

This review was submitted almost one year AFTER the guest stayed in Xanadu. I do not understand the malicious content as the guest never mentioned any of these "problems" to me or my staff either during or after their stay. I could take this review down, but what good would reviews be if I only allowed the good ones to be published. I have subsequently had a pool heater installed. Please read the other reviews for a more accurate assessment.

Great staff who took care of every need and made our stay enjoyable. The villa is Dubais best location and offers lovely view to Atlantis Hotel. We will come back again.

This villa is 5 star. the pictures do not do it justice and hanish and preetha could not be more helpful. they made our stay so much more enjoyable. The location is excellent and the view from the villa of the new Atlantis hotel at night is quite stunning.I would recommend this villa and look to go back soon.

We rented this villa out in May and it was total out of this world. The location was excellent as everything was just a few mins drive away. The staff in the house where always on hand if we needed anything they couldnt do enough for us.
They treated us like royality so anybody who wants to be treated like kings and queens for a couple of weeks i would recommend this villa to yous. The nightlife in Dubai is excellent and i would recommend club zinc to anyone going to Dubai. The pictures on this web site dont do this villa justice as there is alot more to the villa than you see.. I cant wait to return here as we liked been treated like royality and this villa and staff do this...

We were very well looked after by the house keeper and driver, they both had lots of local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for them. The house was kept very clean and had everything that we needed for our holiday. We were made to feel very welcome.

My family and friends had a great time at Xanadu in March.We all felt at home at the villa and the help we had with the driver was really handy.
i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and we are definitely looking to return in the new year !

Xanadu is a beautiful house in an excellent location on Frond F of the Palm Jumeirah, we were a family of five staying at the house for a week in March. We had a fantastic time and would love to return in the future. Hanish in particular was very helpful and hardworking, going out of his way to ensure that our stay was perfect. (the only very, very small request would be to consider heating the pool during the winter months)
All in all though this was by far the best villa rental we have experienced.

I would like to take the opportunity to say what a marvelous week our family had at the Signature Beach Villa, Palm Jumeirah. The layout and quality of furnishings surpassed our expectations and the little free extras such as the golf clubs, putting green, kayaks etc. made for a memorable stay.
We all look forward to returning next year.
