A fantastic 2 bedroom ground floor apartment that has been tastefully furnished and fitted out to ensure you enjoy your stay. English television channels are available and fans are supplied to keep you cool in the summer and there are also heaters for the winter period. This apartment is very well designed to include a large front balcony complete with off street parking and a large sun terrace to the rear. There is a large communal swimming pool and a child safe pool adjascent within a 10 minute walk . Only 10 minutes drive from the famous La Zenia beach this has to be the first choice for anyone who likes to be on the beach on their holidays. The largest bay has all the facilities, beach bar, toilets, banana boat and pedalos. The apartment is in walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket. The famous Villa Martin Golf Course is only minutes away and is one of the most sought after golf courses on the Costa Blanca plus there are 2 other golf courses within 15-20mins. The apartment has a very sunny balcony but if you would like some shade our back garden is a very cool place to relax in but also catches the morning sun. On a Saturday morning there is a market in Playa Flamenca which is about 5 minutes by car
