Had a great holliday ,condo was well situated for all parks restaurants etc, and had everything one could need. Nice and quiet perfect to come back to after a hectic day out. Would certainly recommend. Thank you.

AIR DID NOT WORK WHEN WE GOT THERE TOOK FOUR HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO SHOWUP TO FIX ITWE WERE TOLD EVERY THIRTY MIN.SOMEONE WOULD SHOW UP BUT DID NOT PEOPLE NEXT DOOR SHOWED THAT THEY HAD RENTED FOR HALF WHAT WE DID SO WE WILL WILL RENT FROM THAT PERSON NEXT TIME

As the owner, I worked very closly with the guest to resolve the air conditioner problem and kept in constant contact. We work with a service company that provides repair services. It was actually 3 hours but regardless understood the need to resolve asap. The A/C unit was apparently hit with a power surge that damaged some components. We work constantly to keep the property in top operational order for your vacation. As far as prices, we provide our prices on the website and are very competitive and often run specials as low as $50/night. I have no idea what this guest is comparing to but suspect it is not apples to apples. Weve been in business since 1993 and our reputation is everything!

We had a very enjoyable 2-week stay at this property. Very convenient location: around the corner from US192, 10 minutes to WDW, 15 minutes to I4. Nearby Wal-Mart, Publix, Walgreens. Condo was clean, quiet, and all appliances worked fine. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels so we could take some to the pool - which, by the way, is heated and open until 10PM, great to relax after the parks. We faced some cold days (upper 30s), heating kept all rooms warm. Minor inconvenience were mattresses too soft for our taste not a major concern for us but could be a problem for people with bad backs. Will definetely recommend to friends going to the area. After exhausting days in the parks, it felt good to "go home" to "our" cozy condo. Thanks!

I will definitely put this property high on my recommendation list for my relatives who travel to the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

It was very conveint with easy access Disney properties. There was plenty of food stores and resturants. Enough room for two families to share.

It truly was a beautiful place, the only thing that I couldn't understand was the beds, they are noisy beyond understanding, they could use new beds. Also the patio furniture needs replaced, my son hurt his back because of the chair, they are plastic and break easily. He'll be fine it's just too nice a place for something so flimsy. Also risky for owners, I would think. I know this sounds like complaining but truly anyone who rents any of these type places are going to enjoy their stay by far then in a hotel. I thank the owner for my time there to enjoy my children before Christmas. We had a very nice time.

These issues have all been resolved. New living room furniture, new bedding, new 30" flat screen TV, DVD, etc have replaced the prior items vastly upgrading the unit as well as improving the holiday experience.
