Very well situated in a quiet place, well proportioned and laid out nicely, we have stayed on vista many times and this is very good value for your money, some other villas of the same quality on this site are nearly twice the rental price of this one.

We found the property fairly easily, even though it was dark when we got there. keys were locfated as informed and we were happy to get a good nights sleep on some comfortable beds. Distance to the parks was short, though depending on the time you set off, the traffic could be fairly heavy on the 535. The villa was very well furnished and we lacked for nothing. Club house is OK, with computers available for free, though it lacks a bar for you to go and have a drink in the evening and socialize that si if you have the energy after a day at the parks.
Dont hesitate to boo this excellent property.

The home was very nice and clean.the only problem we had was we called Greg 2times when we arrived to get the pass for the front gate and he never called us back. so we had to get one from th club house and pay 20 dollars that we got back. We also called Greg 2 more times to let him know that something was living under the house.and the screen on the dryer was broke and the door on the closet was off track and the house phone did not work .we lilf our cell number to call us but he never did

Spent Christmas and New Year in villa. There was everything there that we needed although decor and furnishings a bit dated. Had a few days by the pool at the club house when not at the parks. It is a shame that the pool nearest to the villa was not heated we had to get in the car every time we wanted to go for a swim as the pool at the club house was heated. It would be useful if there was wi fi in the villa instead of always having to go to the vista club.

We enjoyed your property very much, it was in a beautiful complex, and all the people in their buggys etc. were so friendly.
The furniture and fixtures was first class, like home from home and I shall go again with my family next time, we were in florida for a month but unfortunately as we travelled far, only stayed for a week, but next time will be longer.
I shall tell many people of your lovely home, thankyou.

Wow!!! Booked at the last minute having stayed at Vista Del Lago many years ago. This villa was way above our expectations having visited Florida 4 times previously. It was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed it. It was large, well equipped and well stocked with all those items you forget to take and end up buying (washing liquid, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, kitchen towel...). The communal pool is only a short walk around the corner and was always clean and very quiet, allowing us hours of fun after the parks.

I stayed here a couple of years ago and loved it. My first time in America and this was idealy located to get to all the theme parks.
The house is very well laid out and plenty big enough to lose yourself in.
One pool about a hundred yards away that is always quiet and the main pool is great too, by the main lake with a tennis court, etc.
Id recommend this place and will go back when I next go to the US.
If you have a day in Clearwater, go on the boat trip on little toot to see the dolphins!
