We had an excellant holiday here summmer 2011 - Yalikavak was a beautiful village, lots of shops, restaurants, and friendly people. on the downside - definately need a car - villa was really good value for money - and owners really nice and helpful.

Our holiday in Villa Beyez totally exceeded our expectation. Views were breath taking.
Accomodation is very comfortable with everything you could ask for a home from home
This Villa is located in a quiet location however has the benifits of a large pool with cafe.
Therefore caters for whatever holiday you are looking for.
I would not hesitate to highly recomend this Villa friends and family.

Villa has three floors plus a sun lounge area on the roof and "alfresco" covered dining area. Excellent sea view and in good order. The complex has a lovely large swimming pool that stays open late and never crowded. The pool also has a bar which serves (limited) food - but a bit of a language problem with the bar owner!
We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend with only a couple of very minor gripes - the sat.TV didn't work while we were there, but I understand that's fixed now. Many of the pool sunbeds are broken and need replacing. Don't sit on the pvc dining chairs if you are over 15 stone!
Recommended - make the trek to Ephesus.
ENJOY! WE CERTAINLY DID.

Having stayed in a recently finished and modern Villa in Turkey the week before it was a bit of a culture shock staying at the Villa Beyaz.
It does need updating, particularly the kitchen and bathroom and the water pressure meant the shower was tricky to manage and water for the hand basin in the bathroom was virtually non-existent.
We particularly asked for satellite TV so it was a let down when, due to an administrative error, the box was unable to receive a signal for the whole two weeks.
However, the Villa was very clean and there was plenty of towels which was appreciated. The pool was very nice and the adjacent cafe provided a nice line in toasted sandwiches.
It was a very quiet complex which was nice and the views were fantastic.
There is a taxi 'hut' right next to the Villa so you could get away without hiring a car but some form of transport is a must.
Some modernisation of the villa would certainly mean a recommendation.
Owner reply:
Since the time of this booking the Shower Room has been completely re-fitted & tiled and the natural water pressure supplemented with a pump. The Sat TV we were unaware had failed has since been rectified.
We are able to remove these reviews but have chosen not to in order that you can see even the negative comments.

" Mrs Prior Guildford Surrey. I just sat on the terrace watching the boats sail across the bay in front of the villa then the sun sank into the sea in front of me. I've never slept so late on holiday with king size beds and air conditioning it was very comfortable"
