very nicc property but needs more upkeeping plates and cups had chips in them the toilet seat in onsweet was broken .shower head in main bathroom was not working properley.macwas very helpfull he gave us a shower head and sent email,s to owner .

A full clean and check is carried out prior to each new arrival, and these items should have been flagged and resolved before your arrival. This has been taken up with the servicing company to ensure that this situation is not repeated. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the problems with the shower head and toilet seat swiftly so that you could enjoy the rest of your holiday in the apartment. Spent 10 days at the apartment with my husband and 18 month old. We had a fab time, the apartment was in great condition and had everything we needed. The staff were fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival - travel cot, welcome pack etc.
The apartment is great for holidaying with young children. It has 2 swimming pools with a childrens pool, a childrens play area. The apartment is walking distance to the beach. It is also a gated complex which gives you added security. You can access the local town by bus but we hired a car, which gave us freedom to roam around the area. Overall a lovely place to have a great holiday, would definately recommend.

Fantastic apartment, really well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was in the perfect position, overlooking the pool and we loved sitting on the balcony having breakfast in the morning and relaxing in th evening.
We took our little boy, and the pools were brilliant, as was the kiddys play area. He absolutely loved it!
Thanks so much for letting us rent your apartment, we had a lovely holiday and are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Lovely place, If you just wanted to chill out as a couple, then absolutely perfect. But if you have to entertain 2 teenagers and a four year old, it was a wee bit quiet....but to be fair it was pretty easy to get into Altinkum with the frequent Dolmus service...The appartment was lovely and the staff most helpful if you needed anything. a small shop close by was very handy, and the Blue Restaurant was superb very clean, polite staff and children freindly. We did enjoy our stay, a big thank you to Dawn Gitten appartment owner, who helped arrange transfer from airport, which was very much appreciated as we arrived at 4 in the morning.

Dawn, what an amazing place. So spacious and within a small complex which is obviously built to a very high standard. Excellent facilities which are very well maintained. Very easy to get around and with 2 beach's being just mins away from the apartment. I would recomend this place to anyone. Looking forward to my next trip back already

Just wanted to write and say what a fabulous time we had in your apartment. It really was a home from home. It was wonderful to go away and stay in somewhere so immaculate, modern and well equipped.
The on site facilities were fantastic and the staff were helpful and friendly.
I have recommended your apartment and will be in contact for another stay soon....!
It really was the most perfect place for a break!

Really enjoyed our stay at Aegaen Pines. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Very clean with new modetn furniture. The complex is great - two lovely big swimming pools with plenty of space to sunbathe. Even used the tennis court a couple of times. All staff on site were very helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
All local restaurants will pick up from the complex and bring you back for free - great idea!!!
Liked Altinkum - nice atmosphere - some great restaurants - never had a bad meal.
All in al great holiday would go again and would highly recommend.

Hi Dawn,
Thank you for the use of your apartment in Altinkum & to say how much we enjoyed it there.
We had no problems at all & the staff were very helpful with any queries we had. We swam everyday & played tennis 3 times, I think your pool is wonderful! We hired a car so really investigated the area, but had fun on the Dolmus bus as well.

Hello Dawn,
Just to let you know that we had an excellent time last week at B2, so much so that we may well be joining the happy band of British owners who are busy swimming up and down as we write this!!
As you may deduce from the above, we were most impressed with your apartment, which met all our needs from Day 1. Congratulations and thanks for letting us have the use of your super property.
Maybe we`ll see you out there some time in the future.
