Ten of us stayed at Broganhaus for the last week of March. We found the property to be very well appointed, particularly the kitchen, and finished to a high standard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were simple yet efficient while being comfortable and spotlessly clean. The tv and hifi system in the living room was also much better than what one would normally find and was appreciated.
The location up on the hill means than you can ride/ski down to the list in the morning (still plenty of snow left this season!) and its only a short walk back up again should you wish to go for an apres beer at the end of the day. The ski locker/boot room is also very useful.
Overall I rate this property very highly and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Flachau area. It accomodates ten adults very comfortably.

A very good place to stay close to the ski slopes for good skiers. More difficult with small kids because the kids area is far away. And the slope near the house is a bit difficult in the afternoons

We have stayed at this property 2 years in a row and have booked a 3rd trip for next January, The property is perfectly located! everything you need is a short walk away. The property is clean, spacious, modern and has the most stunning views! Our friends who have come along with us are always very impressed. The owners are friendly and easy to contact if needed, the cleaners are also friendly and very helpful.

Overall..its really a nice property.. and lets start form the begining.
1-location first: its a perfect location who is looking for a panorama views and high ground overview.
2-second is the furnture: form inside the house is really nice and it has a nicr furnture eith all you need also the accessorries such as blinding, tv, dvd, internet cable, etc..
3- cleaning...the house is very clean from out and inside its just need to clean the corners from spider web if possible.
4- enviroment...i know this was too hot in austria..my sugestion is to provide a small air condition device if needed for summer time..

Perfect base for skiers/tourists. Ideally placed for easy access to the ski areas main uplift system, and close to shops (including a very well stocked Spar store) and other facilities. Every member of our party (six guys) agreed staying at Broganhaus represented excellent value for money, especially as virtually everything you could wish for by way of crockery, cutlery, appliances, etc., was provided. And the underfloor heating was just great. So, no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone and everyone!

Clean and modern spacious appartment equipped and furnished to a high standard. Underfloor heating throughout is lovely after a day in skiboots! Very convenient for the slopes which means its further from the village which is best reached by car. We had a wonderful week with our family of 6 and would highly recommend Broganhaus to others.

Very very nice apartment and very well equipped. Great that it’s so close to the Achter jet lift. Just jump on your skies and you’re there.
Only thing we missed was wireless net connection (Iphones) - otherwise perfect.
Expensive yes, but I guess that what you pay when you live “on the slope” and in a very modern apartment.

Broganhaus is a beautiful apartment with proper home from home comforts. Easily the best ski apartment weve stayed in, with the heated floor an absolute dream to come home to!
It has ski in/ski out facilites although my wife couldnt manage the last part of the Red run which is quite steep and gives access for the Ski-in.
We loved Flachau which has some delightful places to eat and discover, all within a good apres ski walking distance! The locals are very friendly, we had excellent service with a smile and not at rip off prices.
We drove from the UK - 801 miles from Dorking, just about manageable in one day!

Wir haben unseren diesjährigen Skiurlaub in der Wohnung in Flachau verbracht. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr groß und es sind alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten (wie beschrieben) vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und die Skipiste zum Achter-Jet ist nur ca. 50m weit weg. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wow! What a fantastic and relaxing summer holiday.
The chalet was everything we had hoped for and more, and Austria is breathtaking in the summer.
This is the sort of holiday where you have everything - swim, relax, cycle, walk, sunbathe...Austria and this chalet have it all.
We will be booking again for next summer.

Great apartment with fabulous location and amazing view.
The rooms are comfortable and spacy.
The apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen has all the utilities you need + full set of dinnerware for grownups as well as for kids.
The parking lot is just next to the front door, which is very convinient.
Overall we were very satisfied.

The house is really nice, comfortable, well equipped and seems practically new. There is enough place to sit/eat even for ten people although there seems to be too little space for all of them on the cauch and in the living-room area. The location, however, is absolutely perfect! Really just 30 meters from the slope! Amazeing!

Overall I think it is good value for the money.
However we needed a small table in front of the sofa.
Also we think the appartement needs some pictures or paintings on the very naked walls. It lacks some cosiness.
We would recommend it to others because of its good location and the overall quality of the appartement.

I feel as anything we say would not be enough to describe how Broganhaus exceeded our expectations..!
It is so beautiful,spacious..the rooms are big and comfortable,the bathrooms have floor heating,the living room is so big and gorgeous with so much light and a beautiful view,and the kitchen is absolutely perfect and fully equipped,and the owners and the housekeeper are very kind and friendly people and they really make an effort so you to have everything you need and enjoy your stay.My daughter is 3,and we found more than we need for her-books,toys,baby chairs...anything you can wish for :) We loved Flachau,we loved the mountain and the slopes and in Broganhaus we really felt like home.We cant wait to come back!

This is a charming and comfortable apartment located in a lovely town and within a few hundred feet of the slopes. The apartment has good decor and lovely facilities ie. a well stocked kitchen comfortable beds quick running showers, a good ski room and warm floors. Ive been skiing for many years and have experienced different sorts of accommodation and this is one of the best you could arrange. Get yourself to Broganhaus in Flachau soon!

Wonderfully appointed property in a great location within easy walking distance of the slopes even for children carrying their skis. It is also within walking distance of the village, though it is advisable to have a car to carry your shopping back. It is very comfortable and furnished to a very high standard - we will certainly be booking again for next year.

the best appartment-experience we ever had in austria! everything is new, clean and handy.
broganhaus right on the slope so therefore no waitingtime at the skilift.
even 9 adults in the house was no problem, we had enough space in the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms.
we really felt at home, thank you very much!

It was a very good living and close to the ski slope, perfect for us who like skiing from morning to evening.

Die Wohnung ist für acht Personen ( 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ) hervorragend geeignet gewesen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt sollte auf jeden Fall im Winter mit Schneeketten erfolgen, wenn man keinen Allradantrieb hat.
Die Nähe zur Piste des Achter-Jets ist mit ca. 75 m optimal für jeden alpinen Skiläufer.
Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen, da wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt hatten.

Dieses Penthaus wird auf Bodengleiche betreten und auch ein doppeltes Sofabett im lebenden Bereich hat, damit bis 10 Erwachsene untergebracht werden können

Wij hebben de kerst doorgebracht in Broganhaus. Het is een ruim, compleet en zeer mooi ingerichte accommodatie. Het uitzicht is prachtig en de ligging voor geoefende skiers perfect, vrijwel direct aan de piste. Voor beginners (zoals het grootste deel van onze groep) is de afdaling naar de lift te moeilijk en dus moet je alsnog elke dag met de auto. Dat is jammer, juist ook omdat het huis bergop ligt en bij sneeuw toch eigenlijk kettingen nodig zijn. Verder is het een heerlijke plek en hebben wij een super vakantie gehad in Broganhaus! Ik zou het anderen (niet beginners) zeker aanraden en wie weet gaan we zelf ook nog eens terug!

Sehr komfortables, mit allen Anehmlichkeiten ausgestattetes Appartement in super Lage. Direkt an der Piste (kein Skibus o. Auto nötig) und trotzdem noch fussläufig zu den örtlichen Apres-Ski Hütten (z. B. Musistadl). Problemlose Abwicklung der Buchungsformalitäten und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter! Sehr empfehlenswert!

We were satisfied with the accommodation and skiing area. Maybe the price could be more agreeable since the house was in the mddle of construction site (this was a little bit anoying). Otherwise the appartment and its position are excellent and we have allready recommeded it to others.

we found the house so beautiful!!! it is perfectly located near the snow slopes and has a beautiful view on flachau town.
the house is so much fun. eveything is new. the house is always warm, has a great great kitchen + living room space. its fun to cook in this house (which we did a lot).
there are games for kids and adults, nice lcd tv, beautiful balconies and big windows...
It was also very nice to see how this kind of business can be made thru email + sms only. very easy-going. hope to be there again sometime or at least send friends... thank you.

We had a lovely week staying in Broganhaus, the house is spacious and comfortably furnished with a well equiped kitchen, everything is new. The Achter Jet ski lifts can be seen from the window. The driveway is rather steep and it was very slippery when we arrived. Nice place, worth recommending!

The incline of the road down to the carport is to be changed and there will soon be a steel staircase for those returning from skiing.

We had a lovely time at this chalet. the location is unbeatable, less than an hour from salzburg airport and not far from the main road. the chalet is new and very nice with all mod cons. the ski lift can be seen from the window - very close by. we had problems finding the right road for the chalet and the drive tended to be an icy slope down to the front door, but a bag of salt was readily available. All in all, good value and very comfy, we would definitely return.

The road for leading to this apartment is not yet properly marked but will be in due course and it will not be easy to spot if you arrive at night and you have not familarised yourself with the area around the location. This will improve with time.
It is right that the driveway down to the carport is a little steep but a galvanised steel staircase will be erected by March 2008 that will solve this problem for those returning from the slopes.
The gradient of the incline will also be improved in due course.
The location I agree is unbeatable !!
