We loved the apartment immediately upon arrival. The lady who met us, Eva, was most gracious and gave us a lot of information, maps and brochures on Vienna. The starter pack that greeted us at the apartment was so generous which included wine and biscuits. The apartment was beautifully furnished and even the kitchen had excellent equipment and everything else was first-rate. Beds were comfortable and towels were fluffy. There was no wi-fi but a computer was provided which was connected to the internet.
Only disadvantage was having only one shower for the 5 of us. Would recommend also adding shelves in the bathroom for toiletries and a waste basket. And another mirror in other rooms.
It was quite warm at times so a fan would have been helpful.
Location was superb as it was just a tram ride away into the center of town and the street had interesting shops and restaurants.

Luxury apartment in a part of Vienna that is well linked by trams and the U-Bahn. We had everything we needed in this apartment and the house manager was very friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped, which was good as eating in Vienna can sometimes be quite expensive.
Id thoroughly recommend this apartment.
