This fabulous Brazilian beach house with views of the South Atlantic ocean is situated only 70 metres from white sandy beaches where you can see sea turtles and enjoy beach bars

The size of the beach house makes it ideal for a large family or group. with its seven bedroom and 6 bathrooms, in N.E. Brazil. Situated on the most easterly point of the Americas.... Seixas Point, the white sandy beach is only a three minute stroll from the beach house, and with warm clear ocean water all year round you can have a holiday any time of year.

Ventos Maritimos is in the city of Joao Pessoa so you are close to many restaurants, shops and all facilities.

Ventos Maritimos is well appointed with balconies, terraces, hammocks, exterior granite dining table area and BBQ terrace. It is only a short walk from the beach restaurants where you can enjoy laid back beach style dining or bars according to your mood and there is a lot of International cuisine only a 10 minute drive away in Cabo Branco the most upmarket beach area of the city. There are small shops locally and large supermarkets nearby



The house interior
Ventos Maritimos has a large open plan kitchen and dining area with granite worktops and table. This is very convenient for food preparation and alfresco eating in the adjoining covered utility area or on the large granite table and benches next to the BBQ terrace area. The whole area is paved in natural stone which makes it ideal for sitting out under the sun, enjoying the BBQ or relaxing under the southern stars after nightfall. Exterior lighting bathes the whole area which enables a convivial atmosphere to be maintained throughout the long warm evenings.

The beach house provides you with seven bedrooms and six shower rooms five of which are ensuite. Every bed and mattress is brand new and chosen for its comfort.
There is a sitting room with DVD player and two sofas.The house has a large hall with interior garden and large dining table Upstairs there is a spacious landing leading to the balcony.
The kitchen and utility areas are well appointed with double gas oven and hob, washing machine, large fridge freezer, water cooler,coffee maker etc... Cooking here is easy as there are many supermarkets and two major hypermarkets based in the city, WalMart and Carrefour. As well as providing all the food and drink you would be used to at home, they have a tremendous range of meat, fish and exotic vegetables. They also sell snorkelling gear, flip flops and other beach items.

If you want a bit of activity whilst here, why not hire a beach buggy with guide to take you to some of the beautiful beaches off the beaten track.Cabo Branco oceanfront promenade takes you to boats where you can go snorkelling on islands that appear at low tide in Joao Pessoa bay. These boats also serve food and drinks whilst you are out there.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a north facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
