The Knights Lodge apartment complex is in a prime location only 400m from the main gondola station and only 200m from the start of the old town. It is in a quiet residential area but right between the gondola and the old town (restaurants, bars etc).
Please note: Cheaper properties may be some distance away from the gondola and the old town and/or exaggerate distances. Ours is genuinely as stated (please see our reviews). There is no need to have to wait for or rely on shuttle buses - it is only a short walk to and from all the facilities.
This is a luxury one bedroom apartment with high quality furniture. The apartment is on the third floor and there is a lift. It has a double balcony and lovely views out over the mountains. The mountains surrounding Bansko are a National Park and a listed Unesco world heritage site.
The Knights Lodge complex has 55 apartments with a 24 hr reception/security. It has its own bar and restaurant on the ground floor - the Irish Bar which is very popular locally for its live music and excellent pizza. Great if you cant walk too far after a hard day on the slopes!
