This apartment is large in size, 101m2 living space+balcony, and has two bedrooms. One contains a king size bed , the other two single beds.There is also 2 sofas in the living room, one converts into a bed , and sleeps 1-2 adults or two children. There is Internet access within the apartment.

The lounge room has one balcony which looks out over the pool area below, and has a direct sea view.
Master Bedroom
King size bed with good quality mattress and headboard,bed cover. There are two bedside lockers with drawers and lamps. Large wardrobe with dressing table with mirror. Wall mounted TV .
The master bedroom also has sea view, with a door to the balcony..
Second Bedroom
Two single beds, carpeted floor. Wardrobe, with hangers, There are two bedside lockers with drawers.
Kitchen
Fitted Floor and wall units with shelves. Built in plunge sink with side plate stand. Built in oven with glass hot plates,air extractor,fridge-freezer,washing machine,dishwasher,toaster,coffee maker, microwave, kettle. plates , bowls,crockery and cutlery for 6. All items required for self catering.
Bathroom
The bathroom consists of one shower , a bath with shower facility , twin wash basins set in marble surround , a fully tiled floor with toilet and bidet. Both showers are power showers , the shower head turns to give different effects. There is a hot towel rail, and hot water tank.

Old Pomorie is less than 5 mins away from Sunset Resort by car.. Its land extends out into the sea to form a peninsula, and its possible to walk all the way round it. Old Pomorie is a traditional Bulgarian coastal town. It was similar in appearance to the historic towns of Nessebar and Sozopol until the early part of this century when a large fire destroyed the majority of its wooden houses. Although some still remain towards the tip of the peninsula.
When you visit the resort you can enjoy a number of attractions and places to visit in the area. You can go shopping to the second largest city on the coast – Burgas which is just 20 minutes drive. The Bourgas international airport, just 15 minutes drive from our development, will give you fast and safe connection to most of the European airports.
Sunset Resort is situated in New Pomorie, Old Pomorie is approximately 2km further down the road. Pomorie has a more relaxed ambiance than for instance Sunny Beach. It still has many tourists , but there is a more traditional feel about the town as there is still a high proportion of locals to tourists. Old Pomorie is very scenic and is a very attractive area to walk through especially down its cobbled streets . There is a large promenade that follows the coastline back towards Sunset Resort . There is also a pier from which boat trips operate. There are many restaurants and places to eat and drink. In the summer months all the shops stay open until very late, and has a relaxed atmosphere..
Population of Pomorie is around 20,000 people, its a fully functioning community, whereas in comparison Sunny Beach virtually closes down out of season.
New Pomorie also has a good selection of local shops.
There is a bus stop for Sunny Beach directly outside of the James Joyce bar.
The bus stop for the city of Bourgas is directly opposite the James Joyce bar and during the summer there are buses arriving every 30 minutes.
. Next to the resort is situated one of the best wineries in Bulgaria providing high quality white and red wines. The resort is next to the main road between Bourgas and Varna but at a distance enough to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for guests.

At the Spa reception in aparthotel Sigma you can find a price list for all services offered in the Spa centre, Fitness centre, Indoor pool ,and Beauty salon. In the Bowling centre you will be informed about all games and prices.
There is a communal fee (the management charges for this) covers all the bills associated with the use of the apartment, electricity, water, air conditioning, TV etc.
The communal fee is not included in the accommodation price. It must be paid separately to reception by you when you are checking in.
The communal fee would be 5.13 Euros per day (Based on 2012 prices)
For (bed linen + towel change + clean of the apartment) costs 26 Euros for a two bedroom apartment. (Based on 2012 prices)
You can choose the amount of cleaning you require during your stay, but an end of stay clean is compulsory, this information would be forwarded.
This cleaning charge is also not included in the accommodation cost and you would also need to pay this when you check in at reception.
So as an example for peak season 614 Euros per week / 7 = 87.71 Euros per day
