Private, stylish, quiet ancient modernized houses with beautiful views

The two houses are close to eachother but clearly separate and set in landscaped gardens with many terraces and places to sit. Especially a large circular ancient stone threshing circle, which is now a gravel terrace with furniture for eating outside. (There is a bbq space nearby)
The houses are a mixture of ancient features (Such as exposed rock-faces in the bathrooms) and modernized comfortable living spaces.
Its ideal for 2 couples who would like privacy and a house each. Although 1 house is much larger than the other though, as one is a studio house and the other is a large 1 bedroom house.
Each house has a private terrace area should they be rented separately.

The views on a clear day are very fine out towards the sea.
The property is in a very quiet area, but close to Cavtat (You can actually walk there-its a long walk, but very beautiful, along the ancient walkway ,along the cliff tops towards Dubrovnik), its also easy to take a boat to Dubrovnik from the Cavtat port. (Goes all day long)
Montenegro is not far away (Approx 30 km).
The property is in a peaceful and rural hamlet yet close to lots of amenities. It has beautiful country and sea views. Nearby are remote coves and rocky places to swim.
There are numerous great restaurants in Cavtat and all along the coast in villages. Plus there is a great mountainside restaurant on the trout river nearby.
You need a car to explore the area and get to the restaurants and Dubrovnik.
