Newly renovated apartment in the quiet Solitudo area.
Our new apartment is in a quiet Solitudo area, 60 meters from the sea. Closest beach is around 12 minutes walk along a beautiful seaside walking pathway. On the beach you have numerous watersport activities you can enjoy.
A3 has 2 bedrooms, one double and a twin, kitchen/ dining/living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and terrace. It is equipped with air-conditioning, SAT TV, wireless Internet, washing machine, full kitchen with dishwasher, iron, hair dryer
There is a supermarket a few mins walk from the apartment. Bus station is 8-10 mins walking distance. Buses to the Old Town go every 10 minutes whole day. Bus ride to the Old Town takes 10-15 minutes.
Hedera A3 can be combined with our other apartment in the same house, Hedera Studio 5. Together they can accomodate up to 10 persons.
Hedera A3 sleeps 4(+2).
Hedera A3 doesn't have a private parking place. The street parking nearby is free, although it is hard to find a place during July and August.

We will meet you on your arrival, guide you to the property and give you insight in town's attractions, places to visit, public transport and anything else you would like to know. We will also be giving you a mobile phone, so you can call us for anything you might need during your stay with us.
The sea in Dubrovnik riviera is one of the cleanest in the Mediterrian. Add beautiful islands, beaches, sea temperature of over 21 degrees C to that, along with a history and culture of this beautiful town and you have a perfect vacation for you and your family.
Numerous churches and other sacral objects, the city walls, fortresses and museums of Dubrovnik enchant every visitor. There are many cultural events including exhibitions, concerts and plays, and Dubrovnik Summer Festival in particular, with its musical and theatrical performances taking place in numerous open-air venues.
