The villa has 4 floors. The fourth floor is always empty, the third floor is empty if group of guests has 8 people or occupied if group has 16 people. The third floor is an luxury apartment for 8 people and the second floor is another apartment for 8 people. Each apartment on 190 m2 consists of an impressive hall and big loggia with granite, a luxury kitchen/dining room and grandiose living room with granite, 4 comfortable bedrooms with mahogany parquet and complete 100% silk bedding, an extraordinary bathroom in natural onyx with Jacuzzi, a bathroom in luxury ceramic with steam-bath, a separate WC and a wardrobe room.
The fourth floor in the basement with 140 m2 consists of an intimate wellness centre with sauna, shower and massage table, a spacious gym, a large recreational room with billiard and ping pong table.
Outside the attractive Villa Calista, on 2500 m2, guests rent an exceptional private swimming pool of 13x6 m with extensive terrace and a spectacular sea view, a spacious garage for 6 cars, an impressive Mediterranean garden with more than 500 flowers and trees as well as a nice playground for basketball and mini football.
