Villa Primula (200 m2) is set independently within its own lawned garden (1.300 m2) and heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m), just outside the small local village, amongst peaceful countryside, next to the oak and pine woods, only twenty minutes from the town of Porec.

Heating for the villa and pool is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified. When not included, heating will be charged based on usage upon check out. The swimming pool can be covered at night to help maintain day water temperature.

Porec / Baderna
Porec is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. Its a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Porec Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Porec is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Porec have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields.
Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17500 inhabitants in the western part of the peninsula directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. are in the resort. Indoor pool, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, sun bed, massage. Besides: chemist, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainments 40 - 60 km.
Istria is the largest peninsula in Croatia. It is also the main tourist area, situated in the extreme west of the country. This peninsula is the only one of its kind stretching from central Europe to the Adriatic. Due to its geographical position, Istra is where different landscapes meet and it is a region, which has been influenced by various civilisations. Istra is characterised by its culture, music and gastronomy and, as a result, this region is also called the magnificent and magical country.
Rovinj is a picturesque town with an Italian influence. The typical Venetian church tower, as well as other architectural works of art, is a pleasant surprise for tourists. Pula, the largest town in Istra is situated on the most southerly point of the peninsula. It has one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheatres, demonstrating the ancient history of the town.
On the West coast of Istra, not far from Pula is the Brijuni national park, an archipelago, which is known for its luxurious Mediterranean plants and flowers, partly set up as a country park and partly as a safari park. Istra offers a number of natural sites, monuments and attractions inland.
