Villa Eleni is a pretty, single storey property set in colourful, mature gardens at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac with the sandy beach of Coral Bay only a five minute walk away. Entrance into the property is via a lovely patio with grapevine pergola and potted plants.

It is one of a small development of detached villas within an exclusive, gated, small development restricted to residents only close to the best amenities in Coral Bay. The villa has been lavishly fitted throughout with superior quality furnishings and equipment in a contemporary style with some antiques. The villa has been continuously refurbished.

On an elevated position 300 metres from the beach, the villa has its own private pool with grassy area and sunbathing terrace which benefit from a high level of privacy. There is a covered terrace from where you can barbeque and dine al-fresco on those warm summer nights or just relax and enjoy a cool drink while watching the magical sunsets and listening to the crickets and birds.

Set on a single level for easy access and mobility it comprises an open plan layout with sofas, Satellite TV, X-Box, DVD and CD player, two six seater dining tables and chairs, one inside and one outside, and fully equipped kitchen. There are two twin bedrooms, one ensuite double bedroom and family bathroom all discreetly separated from the living areas. All bedrooms have air conditioning. At the time of writing air conditioning is being installed in the living room.

The fact that there are no slippery stairs removes the worry of nasty falls for young children and adults unsteady on their feet.

There is a convenient and frequent bus service located near the beach, so car hire is not essential.

Local management is available and any extra services can be provided such as additional maid service, food shopping, catering and baby sitting.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES
Being within the famous Coral Bay beach area and only 15 minutes drive from Paphos town and the famous harbour, makes the villa the ideal location for a perfect holiday.

There are several shops, tavernas, beach bars and a bank within easy reach. The Coral Bay Village is one of the most exclusive areas of development in Paphos yet quietness and seclusion are guaranteed. In an ideal location the villa overlooks the coastline with spectacular sunsets.

Coral Bay Beach is a short stroll away. Some visits not to be missed are the Troodos Mountains with its pine scented forests, villages where time has stood still, and friendly hospitality at tavernas is the norm.

The famous Paphos harbour overlooked by the medieval fortress where in the evening the tavernas that line the quayside come alive serving fresh fish and the traditional Cypriot Meze is a 15 minute drive away.

The local hotel boasts the Olympic Pool used by Team GB and many sporting activites such as golf and scuba diving nearby.

For the more energetic the best sandy beach in the area is only a 5-minute walk away and the bars, tavernas and shops are also a 5-minute walk away.

Kato Paphos, the main tourist area is a 15-minute drive away with its pretty harbour surrounded by bars, tavernas and restaurants.There are many shops to browse around and further round the bay there are more bars and clubs many open until the early hours.
