Villa Yamas is a new luxury 3 bedroomed villa, a complete home from home, designed for your luxury and comfort, packed with all modern conveniences enabling you to have the perfect holiday. Situated in the heart of Coral Bay area just outside Paphos

The villa stands proudly on a corner plot with lots of patio areas surrounding the private 8m x 4m swimming pool. These areas are both fully complimented with luxury garden furniture and a brick BBQ. All are surrounded by a high fence allowing complete privacy for you and your group.

The villas ground floor has a fully fitted modern kitchen with fridge/freezer,an electric cooker with matching hob and electric fan, a microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and smoothie maker.

The kitchen also has a black marbled breakfast bar with 3 black leather stools, following through to the dining area.
Also downstairs is a cloakroom with WC, hand basin and storage furniture for towels toothbrushes etc

In the dining area is a smart and modern black dining table with 8 black leather chairs. Across from this is your living room fully fitted with 2 cream leather sofas a cream leather arm chair, standard lamps, rugs and pictures.To compliment this, there is also a surround sound TV system with Satellite. As part of this entertainment system, there are both DVD and Video players. (a selection of films are available in the villa).


Upstairs comprises of 3 bedrooms all colour co ordinated and themed. One master bedroom plus two twin bedded double rooms all with large double fitted wardrobes table lamps and alarm clocks. Bedroom one has a large 5ft bed with matching side table and dressing table with stool and mirror. There are also two arm chairs all with animal print decoration. Outside is a balcony with two chairs and a table so you can have breakfast and enjoy the view if you wish.


Facilities

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout which is included in the rental rate and it has a fully pressurised water system for excellent and invigorating showers, and a large bath if you just want to relax.

All bedding, towels and beach towels are included in the prices, the villa also has benefit of fly screens fitted throughout enabling you to leave doors open when you are in without getting flies and bugs flying around. A safe deposit box is available in the master bedroom for your convenience. Other extras include hairdryer and safety deposit box. A Travel Cot and Highchair can be provided free of charge upon request. Wi-fi is included in the rental rate.



Location Details

11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the West of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly and picturesque, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural (European Blue Flag) beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas set apart from one another above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely. In the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing.

Close by the Bay you will find large hotels, banks, shops, mini-markets (for provisions and souvenirs), bars, restaurants and street cafes for casual alfresco meals. There are tavernas and snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay which is open during the day.

More tavernas and local shops are just a short drive away. Coral bay beach is a 10-15 minute stroll with the local (pebbled) beach (also offering watersports) just 100m away.

An excellent bus service takes you into the town of Paphos with its historical harbour, gift shops and restaurants. Also the ‘Old Town’ of Paphos with its blend of high quality shops and traditional markets.

Within a short driving distance are the Troodos Mountains, Latchi Beach, Akamas Forrest, Lara Beach, Aphrodite’s Rock, Baths of Aphrodite and three championship golf courses to name but a few. Paphos also boasts one of the best water parks in Cyprus.

Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.

If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes and cleaning on a weekly basis (10-28 night stays). Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials for your arrival.**
