This luxurious villa is in an idyllic location and has great facilities. Take in the stunning views as you drive up the winding road to the gate and park your car in the grounds. Then you notice the fountain on your left and all around you the mature garden with its fruit trees, flowers and herbs. You go up the steps to the front verandah and enter the house.

You are now in the hall and are struck by its marble floors and high ceilings and overall spaciousness. You can see the main sitting area on your left, the stairs ahead (leading to three bedooms, two bathrooms and three balconies), the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen/garden room area on your right. The main living area is large and gives on to the front downstairs balcony with its views of the sea. You have both a sitting area and a dining area for 8 people and there is an open fireplace, a television and luxurious furniture. Leaving this room you walk across to the fully-equipped kitchen and also the garden room with its casual dining table and 6 chairs which opens on to the spacious 10x5 swimming pool with a shallow end and the BBQ area with more stunning views. You also have the secluded pergola area at the back nestling under the pine trees.

We are very close to our quaint local village of Esentepe and some fine restaurants!

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area (with heater), a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
