Overall enjoyed are stay in the apartment.
Arrived in early hours 0300hrs with two young children to find the sofa bed not made up.

Safe, Clean and in a great location. The kids loved the little pool the only thing I could recommend is some sunbeds to take down to the pool. I will deffinatly be booking again!!

the property was in a fantastic location for us, away from the hustle and bustle of Aaya Napa but close to all local amenities. The beach was close by and the local transport was very good. we enjoyed the apartment as it was well maintained and very spacious. The pool area was well maintained and a pleasure to swim in but is in need of sun beds and umbrellas for the hot hot days.

Our stay at Nissi 3, E10 apartment was very pleasant. The apartment was clean and modern with all the essentials required to make our self catering holiday enjoyable and trouble free.
When getting ready, that posed to be a bit of a pain as it was myself and my sister in law, there was only 1 mirror close to an electric socket and so we found ourselves fighting over use of the mirror. Only 2 other mirrors in apartment, 1 in hallway and 1 in bathroom. The one in hallway is rather high up and so was useless for myself as only 5 ft tall.
I swept the floors and no dustpan for collecting the mess.
The pool area is a sun trap and the sun belts down all day and there is no shade to escape to, and no parasol to use either in apartment or by the pool so we did not use the pool at any point on holiday however the pool area is exceptionally clean and tidy.
The apartments are ideally located in the Nissi Beach area, less than 5 mins walk to the wedding hotels ie Nissi Beach Resort Hotel and so seldom needed use of a taxi, only when going in to Ayia Napa town, 5 mins in a taxi. Great hol and would probably use these apartments again as its a gorgeous place to visit and would love to go back!!!

Great location for Nissi beach, less than 10 minutes walk to beach and restaurants and shops close by.Apartment good size with great balcony

I think the cleanliness was excellent as was the location. I did not need a car and it was extremely easy to get around with buses nearby charging 1 euro to get to Protarus or Parilimni. The nearby Garden Inn is absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed our nights there with the karaoke!!!
I would ask that the owners of the apartment leave more cleaning products next time as it is quite expensive to buy them ( for only 2 weeks use) and I would have liked to clean the apartment better when we left. Also there is no TV and for two weeks this can be difficult if you have kids and no DVDs! I would also recomment a washing machine, as i would gladly have paid a little extra to use a washing machine. Oh and if they could invest in some oven tins and microwavable bowls as we couldnt make use of the oven or microwave as there were no roasting tins/trays or microwavable bowls ect. BUT overall an EXCELLENT AND FANTASTIC PLACE TO VISIT AND NISSI 3 IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE SEEN IN THE AREA xx

Fantastic location and the cleanliness of the place was great! Will definately be visiting again.
Only point is that there was no mention of a 3pm check in, as our flight landed at midday we had to wait a couple of hours until the apartment was cleaned however wasnt a big issue as we headed straight to the pool area!
Overall we had a lovely holiday and would reccomend to anyone to stay at Nissi 3-thank you so much!!
