The Villa location
WELCOME to our luxurious home away from home set within Pissouri’s enchanting pine scented valley. The beautiful natural surroundings extend from the garden and patio area to the most breathtaking sea and mountain views – this is a truly picture postcard setting and you will feel the stresses of your day to day life melt from you as you take a sip of wine and watch your first sunset!
Pineview Villa is suitable for couples, families and friends holidaying together offering comfort, luxury and different areas in which to dine or relax. We really have tried to think of every modern convenience for our home and are at hand to help add the finishing touches to your holiday plans to ensure every moment of your time is spent exactly as you planned!

Inside the Villa
The villa is split level and is set on three floors. As you enter through the front door you will pass into the large open plan living area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need.
There are patio doors leading from both the living and dining area which open onto large verandahs with stunning views across the pine valley towards the sea.
On this floor there is a double bedroom and large shower room.
A staircase leads from the corridor area down to a basement level where there are storerooms and access to the private swimming pool.
On the first floor there is a further two double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room and the other with a bathroom.
The pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and there is a beautiful landscaped garden to the side.
The Surrounding Area
Petra Tou Romiou
A short drive will take you to one of the most photographed scenes in Cyprus, Petra Tou Romiou more commonly known as Aphrodite’s Birth Place. The dramatic rocks look like monumental tear drops in the ocean and are backdrop to the mythological setting where Aphrodite emerged from the waves! You may prefer just to take in the view or if you feel a little more adventurous perhaps climb the largest of the tear dro p rocks or swim around it 3 times to be blessed with Aphrodite’s famed eternal beauty! (Legend may claim this to be true but I think it was her last laugh!!)
Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley
Close to Petra Tou Romiou you will find a choice of 2 leisure resorts Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley. Combined these resorts offer superb play on 2 x 18 hole golf courses, driving ranges and a 3 hole pitch and put course. If Golf is not your idea of fun you can relax in the spa, polish your tennis skills with professional lessons and play in the regular tennis social classes or simply unwind and enjoy a leisurely lunch in one of the elegant restaurants set against luscious green surroundings!
Paphos
Paphos is situated approximately 30km from Pissouri. Kato Paphos and the main tourist area is landmarked by the pretty harbour and dramatic Fort perched on the waters edge. The promenade is the perfect place for a stroll in the warm sunshine and you will find many tarvernas offering fresh fish and local cuisine to while away an afternoon whilst watching the little fishing boats bob up and down in the water.
Troodos and Mountain Villages
Cyprus is one of the few places where you are able to walk on sun-kissed beaches or ski on snow-capped mountains. In the summer months the Troodos is a cool, welcomed retreat from the coastal heat and there are many activities to pursue from woodland pony rides to cycling and walks on dappled pathways leading to hidden waterfalls.
Winter time offers a magical wonderland where you can sip delicious hot chocolate made on location in Platres, have skiing or snowboarding lessons, hire sledges for some real family fun or build snowmen and collapse in a heap after a snowball fight!
