General Description
A two bedroom two storey Protaras Villa with private swimming pool located in one of the most attractive resorts of Cyprus - Protaras, about 40 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. Ideally situated and equipped to give you choices while on holiday: pure relaxation on the beach, comfort of your private swimming pool, family-orientated holiday.
A couple of minutes walk from the villa is the bautiful sundy beach of protaras and the village of Kapparis with various bars, excellent taverns and restaurants. Also located nearby are supermarkets, paper shops, and car hire rental offices. For an alternative look at local Cypriot life and atmosphere, a short drive inland will take you to the town of Paralimni with its abundance of shops, taverns, cafes and boutiques.
Accommodation
The ground floor of the villa has an open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area well spaced out for maximum comfort and convenience. Two pairs of large sliding patio doors lead you on to the pool area.
The lounge area is tastefully furnished with sofas, a coffee table; and a TV with international news and children’s channels.
The dining area can be used for anything from intimate dining to family meals, and can seat up to 4 people comfortably. The Italian-designed kitchen is well equipped for any sort of cooking and has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A washing machine is housed in a separate cupboard.
The villa has an open ground floor and a quests batroom.
The master bedroom has a luxurious double bed with insuite facilities, inbuilt cupboard space, and balcony. The other bedroom has comfortable twin beds and also plenty of cupboard space.
The garden area comes with a large private pool and sun loungers, a large table, and chairs. The garden is bordered by fence, which creates a pleasant feeling of seclusion.

Just beyond Protaras is Cape Greco, which is located on the furthest southeastern point of the island in the Famagusta region. This area contains a National Park Forest, occupying an area of 390 ha and offers facilities for hiking, picnicking, cycling, horse-riding, climbing, swimming and diving. Scenery and views in this area are some of the best on the island.

Also, about 5 minutes drive along the coast is the family friendly coastline resort of Protaras with its famous white sandy beaches and, in particular, Fig Tree Bay where you can find activities such as snorkeling, jet-skiing, parasailing plus Water world, where children can splash and helter-skelter all day.
For the young at heart, the action-packed resort of Ayia Napa is a short drive 15-minute drive from the villa.
For the more adventurous, most of the island is within easy reach via a good road system; the villa is well situated, within approximately 10 minutes of the eastern end of the main east/west road, which traverses the island.
