The villa is stunning.. The location for me was perfect, its extremely quiet and off the busy protaras circuit.. although close enough if you want it. It is about a 40 minute walk into the centre or a 5 minute drive. I would definitely stay there again or given the chance move in permanently. Its very well equipped for a very relaxing holiday. The roof terrace is gorgeous and definitely where you want to spend most evenings with a bottle of wine or two!

- The equipment was excellent and very clean

- Next time wll rent a car, because the distance to protaras is to long for walk

We stayed at Villa Maroc for the period 16th May to 1st June 2011 in readiness for a family wedding in Ayia Napa (5 adults in our party). The villa itself met our expectations, and the photographs on the site represent what you will find on arrival. The roof terrace is particularly well equipped, with comfortable seating, a fridge and beautiful flowers and pots, and a lovely view between the front line properties to the sea! This area is ideal to soak up the late afternoon sun, as the patio area by the pool goes into shade at about 2pm, the pool itself stays in the sun a little later.
As one of our party was hospitalised during our stay, and subsequently released for rest at home, we spent a considerable amount of time at the villa, and at the local small beach about 5-10 mins walk away. The villa is a short drive to Konnos Beach (well worth a visit!!), and the Cliff Bar at the Grecian Park is a wonderful secluded spot to enjoy a sundowner (although most evenings when we visited there was either 1 or 2 weddings taking place whose guests use over half of the space, which doesnt provide much space for other people using the bar!)
The villa is also on the Paralimni - Ayia Napa bus route, which seems to run quite frequently, and only costs 1 euro for a trip anywhere on the route. The starter pack of food was a lovely touch, and the Management Company Oceanview were exceptional at dealing with any problems. The owner, John came over at the start of our stay to introduce himself, and dealt with a number of minor issues we had. Villa Maroc is a credit to John and his family, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and were very reluctant to leave. Our stay there has inspired others from the wedding party to try a villa holiday next time, and we hope to return to Cyprus again sometime soon.

The villa was perfect. We were two families with two 9 years old boys. The villa was the best for them. We want to rent Villa Maroc next year the same week!good price? The pictures in the webportals you are using is very good and the house is better than the pictures. The service was perfect (the foodbasket when we arrived+++) October 2009

We were extremely happy with this villa. It was located in a lovely secluded location only five minutes walk from a lovely little beach. It was in a pristine condition and equipped to a very high standard. We especially enjoyed the room terrace. As a result I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Many thanks.

It is beautiful!!
A gorgeous villa in a perfect location, just a few minutes from the glorious Konnos Bay, you can walk to it and see the fantastic views and maybe snorkel on the way. A little sandy beach is 2 minutes from the villa and doesn’t get too busy, safe for small children to swim and play with the sand or get some snorkel equipment and explore. Villa pool great with the 40deg heat and is very clean. Villa is decorated to high standards and is fully equipped and very clean. BBQ great for nice family meals sit and relax in the garden. Table tennis fab too great family competitions. There was a variety games in the villa (I can't believe i was playing scrabble with my 16yr & 13yr boys) and what a laugh we had. Restaurants in walking distance we had some lovely meals and people very friendly. Protoras 5min drive away to see the busy and entertaining strip (nice to get back to the peace and quiet of the villa). Roof garden is just so fantastic, sit up there with a glass of wine very romantic. Digital television is handy to have a quiet evening in one night and watch a film together. Welcome pack helpful and staff very pleasant. The place feels very safe and secure. Love to go back and would highly recommend it. Yvonne Neil & boys Middlesex.
