Villa is really nice and clean like a home from home had everything you could want. Would recommened hiring a car as its quite a walk to the harbour were all the main shops n bars are overall enjoyed our stay and would recommened to family n friends.

Well what can I say this exceeded all expectation fabulous property everything you need + more it is private spacious well furnished and all bedding and towels are exceptionally clean the property is well maintained throughout, the owner Mervyn and everybody involved with the villa are very helpful from start to finish. Just got back from a 10 day stay at the Cronk villa, and loved the place! When we first walked in we knew we had chosen well, the villa is spacious, clean, well laid out and hasevery facility you could need, from dishwasher to huge gas bbq. The secluded pool area is perfect for eating outside or sitting out in the evening, Pool cleaner visits twice a week.
The owner, Mervyn, was great all the way through, and always happy to answer mails or phone calls. There are home made folders with info and recommendations for restaurants and bars (nice touch), although Stevies taxis nearby are not the cheapest, so shop around.
Shops are around the corner, but bars and restaurants are a taxi ride away, but Mervyn can arrange car hire for 15 euros a day, worth every cent!
Loved the villa, and a beautiful holiday, would definately recommend!

From start to finish, this booking did not let us down. The property itself exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and clean which in turn meant that six of us including a fourteen month old baby did not feel we were living in a cramped space. The air conditioning throughout was excellent and we were able to keep the baby cool at all times. The pool was superb and the covered outside area meant you could keep shaded if necessary which was the case in 40 degrres heat. All in all a good experience and many thanks to Mervyn and Kerry/Lois and Dave who made our stay hassle free and very enjoyable

An excellent well maintained villa. Good location. Better than expected. Very homely,well equipped. Could not have asked for more. Both pool,garden and villa managers very friendly and helpful. Owner also very friendly and helpful with information supplied before holiday and with information available on arrival at the villa. Would have been nice to have had a welcome pack on arrival particularly if arriving late evening/night. We had a lovely time and would recommend to all. Cant wait to go back! - Hopefully this year.

Teresa & Simon, we found Cronk Villa excellent value for money. The villa is very homely, with good quality equipment. The garden provides a lovely private setting to. sit and while away the hours. The owner is very approachable with queries answered very quickly. The walk to the main shops and bars is about 15 minutes, we found this a nice stroll back after our evening meals. We want to go back!

Would highly recommend this villa it is lovely, situated ideally in a quiet residential road with mini supermarkets 5 mins walk away and the bars, restaurants and harbour are a pleasant 20 mins stroll. The villa is extremely comfortable and spacious with every detail thought of. The pool is lovely and secluded , was always pleasantly warm. There is shade and comfortable seating as well. Mervyn was extremely helpful both with all the info he kindly provided before our trip and also all the info left at the villa. Our holiday in lovely Paphos couldnt have been better weather was hot villa excellent , people friendly, food yummy and lots of sights to see.Dont miss Tomb of the Kings, the Mosiac houses by the harbour and Troodos mountains .

From the pictures, we were expecting Cronk Villa to be good but it exceeded all our expectations! It is like home from home but with a fabulous pool and very hot weather.
It has everything and more you can ask for and the owner Mervyn can be contacted if there are any problems. We were going to have a BBQ one evening but the gas bottles were both empty. One phone call and by 10am the next morning we had 2 replacement bottles.
The villas is quite a walk from the harbour (especially in 35 degs!) but if you want a taxi, get Stevies taxis. They are the only taxi company who appear to know exactly where the villa is and when we booked one for 6.30am for my husband to go diving and they turned up at 6.15am. We were well impressed and they have stretched limos, all for 8 euros!
We loved it so much we are hoping to return next year for 2 weeks.

This villa is an excellent choice in a quiet residential street , furnished an equipped to high standard The pool is very private in a beautiful mature garden. It is well located to local supermarkets and beaches A very good communication with the owner TRAIAN and AMALIA

We recently stayed at this villa, and what a great place and wonderful time we had.
Mervyn, the owner could not have done more for us, nothing was any trouble, we would definately recommend the villa.
Everything was as advertised and more.

This was our first holiday renting a villa... we will never go to a hotel again!!!
The Villa was really spacious, clean, well maintained and had everything you needed to have an excellent holiday.
The Kids loved the pool almost as much as the adults did.
Having a huge gas BBQ was a definite hit on those days we couldn’t be bothered eating out.
The Villa is in a really quite area but not far from the nightlife, restaurants and bars.
The owner could not have been more helpful both before we went and also while we were there.
Overall we had a fantastic time... a holiday to remember.

An excellent Villa for a relaxing stay with all the comforts you could wish for. I would recommend a car in the summer as it is a little hot walking to the shops, bars and restaurants. Owner is really helpful if you need to know anything just ask.

Lovely villa within good loaction for centre.The owner has all your requirements covered.Taxis were expensive from the centre back to the property.

This villa is an excellent choice for those wishing to have home to home comforts. It is superbly equipped with every possible requirement.
It is well located for access to the harbour, Kato Pafos and local supermarkets, whilst being in a quiet residential street. There is also plenty of vital shade available in the well tended, mature garden. All round a very comfortable villa.

This is a beatiful villa in a quiet location, yet very convenient for the main sopping and eating areas. It is furnished an equipped to an extremely high standard, providing very luxurious accomodation throughout. The pool area is very private, ideal for sunbathing. The owners could not have been more helpful with the booking. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of visiting Paphos.
