Finistere village house rental

the house

our house is an old farmhouse which has been arranged in 1980 and more confortable since 2004
It stands in a little village.There are two farms in this village.It is quiet but its evident that sometimes you will ear the animals and the tractors and smell country ( not unpleasant )
the courtyard is beetwen an other house and is common with this one
there are3 bedrooms upstairs; all the beds are ready with sheets and blankets.
The kitchen is a separated room with a little table for lunch or breakfast.
the living and dining room is the same great room with a firework (you can find some wood for fire in a shed )
Toilets and shower room are separetly.We provide bathmat and possibly towels
the house is clean, we don't ask additional charge for house work.We provide cleaning products, the house must be clean otherwise we take away 50€ from the caution.
Back the house there is a large and enclosed garden and a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, transats



We live in the Presqu'ile de CROZON , so you can imagine that whenever you go the sea is there.
In front, at only one Km is the Baie de Douarnenez, so you can go to beach walk on the coastpath .....do what you want and requiest!!!

The location of the village house means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
