Rafaella was very informative and kind upon our arrival. Views of Eiffel tower and city skyline were spectacular. We spent the first night taking photographs. Location was very nice. Mono prix right next door and major sites within half hour or less on Metro. We were three adults and two teenagers, a little cramped, but was expected. Eiffel tower seemed a bit more distant than picture on website, but still close enough to thoroughly enjoy!

We loved our stay! We took my mom for her life long dream vacation. This flat was a wonderful beginning and end to each day. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that there was an elevator and pool to relax in after walking around Paris all day. The view was breath taking! Thank you for all your help in making this vacation a dream come true!

We enjoyed staying at this property and were delighted with our choice.
Tolbiac metro stop is about 1-2 mins walk away from which you can get anywhere easily.
It was easy to find as the building is quite a landmark along the road as its so tall. (Look on Google maps street view before you go to get a picture of where you are heading in your mind)
Having the Monoprix downstairs was very handy. Its closed on Sundays but there are loads of small shops open all the time. The street transformed in to a fab market on Sunday - loads of stalls, very cheap and fresh food.
Felt very secure.
Pool was a little dated but perfectly clean and not too cold. Be sure to take swimming caps and skinny shorts/trunks for men as per any french pool - otherwise Madam will take you to task!
Agent dealing with the property were super - great comms and very helpful.
The apartment was incredibly warm which we liked.
View was spectacular.
Would have been nice to have a dishwasher - thought this was in the description? Although on seeing the compact kitchen, you couldnt really squeeze one in there.

We stayed here for 5 days - End of August 2012. We enjoyed our stay here. I was traveling with a car. So, car parking in the basement was a big plus for us. It is close to markets and metro. Got to most places in less than 30 minutes from the apartment. Liked the terrace with the view of the tower, supermarket in the building, fast internet, and shops/restaurants around the apartment. I did not use the pool. We got good sleep at night - beds were comfortable and it was cool even without the AC in August.

The appartment is wonderful, and spacious. We enjoyed the skyline from the balcony, and had our breakfast and some dinners there. We could see the Eiffeltower twinkling in the evening. It is near Chinatown, which has many restaurants, so we also enjoyed that too! The swimmingpool was nice, my son enjoyed it after long day out in Paris (and me too). In the appartment, there are books to read, and beautiful CDs to enjoy. Nest to the appartment is a big supermarket, where you can buy a lot of fresh fruits, but even clothes and books. We had no midnight sounds whatsoever, so for light sleepers, this is ideal. The communication with the owner was very good. We would love to come back to this appartment.

Better than expected. Good coomunikation. Excellent welcome and a good folder in the flat telling a little bit about the neigbourhood. We have already recommended to a friend. We will love to go back.

The location was absolutely amazing- it sold me on booking in this area again. Close to metro(s), groceries, shops, Chinatown.....
I would recommend this apartment. It was well equipped, clean, safe, and as advertised. My only concern was the noise from the street. Even 18 floors up, at times it was noisy enough to keep me awake. We were lucky that it was winter so we usually had the windows closed but if youre sensitive to noise, bring earplugs and enjoy a great place in the 13th. Really enjoyed it.

This is a lovely, quiet, small apartment with great views of the city. It has shops, restaurants and metro almost at the front door. We took the metro mostly to get in to town but walked to Notre Dame one day which took about 50 minutes. Very easy to drive to as well with underground parking available.

Great apartment with a big balcony on the 18th floor from where you have a really nice view of Paris. Nice location as well, just walk down Av. LItalie down to Mouffetard where you have enough to see and visit for a a lot of days.

My sister and I stayed in this flat in early June and loved it. The location was perfect - close to the metro, grocery store, market, various other shops and restaurants. Our favorite part was the view, especially at night. It is awesome! The flat itself was spacious and comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen, washer, and a fabulous balcony where we could enjoy our meals while looking at the view of the city. We would definitely stay there again.

View is awesome. Loved the swimming pool. Piano was a great bonus, I was able to continue my daughters lessons. Kitchen has everything needed. Washer came in handy. Definitely worth the price compared to hotels in the area.

This was a good apartment. There is a lovely terrace with a great view of the city. Amenities(super markets, buses, trains, etc) are all very close. It has a very nice warm indoor pool. We were there for 2 weeks and used the clothes washer in the kitchen, very convenient. There is a Murphy bed in the main sitting area that worked when we had friends visit.

Positives: The view was great. The location was excellent. An amazing restaurant, Variations, is nearby. The pool was beautiful and nice to have. Efficient kitchen. Location was really outstanding.
Negatives: For more than 2 people, not the best choice. The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning inside and out. The male front desk employee was a gentleman but his female counterpart was rude and nasty. In the end we spent a few days at a hotel instead and enjoyed the luxury of clean towels. Since there is no dryer, when we washed towels, they never dried in the damp air.

Nice Place with a great view. The pool is a good place to relax after sightseeing. The metro is easy to reach. The rooms are big enough for four.
There are just a few things to complain about. Theres no dishwasher and no DVD-Player (but shown in the description). The pool needs a renovation (but i think there is a renovation going as we leave)
A changing of the towels (espacially the kitchentowels) after a week would have been nice.
