Inside the property and the local area.

There is a large lounge/diner with tv/dvd and satelite system that includes English TV. There are two twin bedrooms with wardrobes & drawers including televisions and a master bedroom. There is a large showeroom and fully equipped kitchen. All of the rooms are on one level with no steps.

Outside there is a 8x5m swimming pool with large terrace to enjoy the panoramic views of the countryside. The terrace is not overlooked allowing you to be overcome by the tranquility.

There is a front garden to the property with a driveway with ample parking for upto 4 cars, with garage and

The Village
The Village has a Bakers, Butchers, Mini Supermarket , Hairdressers and a beautiful Bar/Restuarant. You are surrounded by Vineyards and dependant on the time of year fields of Sunflowers.
Although we recommend a Car it is not essential as you can find everything you need within a 10 minute walk of the property.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

This villa is set in a beautiful village and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday where you lose track of the time, this is the place for you. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed and it was very clean.

Fantastic location and bungalow,english tv an added bonus.Very smooth transaction,and any questions were answered very swiftly.Will definetely be returning again.
