An amazing vill and holiday was had by all 11 of us. A holiday to remember. We bookecd this to accomdadate 4 different families with children and aunts and uncles so that we could attend a family wedding on the island but also make it our holiday. It was the best holiday we have all ever had by far.
The maid, Anna, cleaned and washed for us daily. The views and the position of the villa were spectacular.
Would not advise anyone with mobility problems to book this villa ubut for big groups of people it is perfect.
Thnankyou to the owners.

We were a family group of 14 occupying this villa and the one next door 18368 for a special birthday celebration. Overall this was an unforgettable and magical experience, the villas are amazing, we felt very privileged to be there to enjoy the spectacular views and sunsets. They are far enough away from Fira to be quiet and yet close enough to be able get to shops, restaurants and nightlife easily, athough once youre there its hard to think of an excuse to go anywhere else!
This is not a pristine "hotel" type of environment, it is more like a family home in which you are a guest which made it even more enchanting for us. This means some things are brand new and other things are not and every room is different so you need to be flexible and not expect identical facilities for everyone- but we wanted for nothing and all members of the family were comfortable from the youngest to the oldest.
There are a LOT of steps so be warned and take this into account if you have anyone travelling with restricted mobility. However this tends to be an issue for anywhere on the Caldera side of Santorini and is not unique to the villas.
A very special place and I will treasure the memories of our stay.

The property is beautiful with the most amazing views Ive ever seen. Anna is wonderful and took good care of us. There were six of us sharing the property and we never once felt on top of each other. I would highly recommend this property for anyone thinking of Santorini.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and the view is out of this world, especially of Santorinis world famous sunsets. The location is perfect - about a ten minute walk on the path from busy Fira but close to shops and restaurants in Firostefani. None of us wanted to leave.

The villa was amazing! The pictures dont do it justice and the view is incredible. The place was very clean and great for a group of people. We all felt so lucky to come back to such a great place after a day out exploring Santorini. The location is perfect - accessible to everything but away from the crowds!

great location, great pool, quiet, great view, expansive space, anna the housekeeper was great my wife and i rented it alone after another couple backed out so it is hard for me to say great value.but if there are 4 to 6 people staying at the villa then i would rate it higher on the value spectrum

This villa offers the perfect location for visiting Santorini. The view from the terrace levels is unbelievablewe spent each night enjoying the sunsets right from the villa. The location allows you to walk to wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. The pictures are accurate - the pool and outdoor areas are exquisite and the furnishings are more than adequate. The description is somewhat misleading however as there is no "living room" or "dining room." In fact, the villa is actually a series of separate ensuite bedrooms with kitchenettes. There is a small kitchen by the pool but this is not a villa for cooking or group dining. The only large dining area is outdoors - fantastic as long as weather cooperates. We visited with a group of friends so the arrangement provided privacy. Anna is wonderful! We would definitely return and recommend this villa to friends. (Note: Lots of steps!)

The thing with booking accommodation on the internet that no matter how great the pictures are, you always have a fear that when you get there, it might be completely different from what you imagined..
However, when we walked into this one (and even though we arrived in the evening) it was such a relief to see that this one was actually everything we hoped itd be and more! At night the villa is nicely lit, with the nice lights of the other villas on the edge of the cliff while during the day the sunrise and sunset are just breath taking! The small but sufficient pool was great to take a cooling dip in when the temperatures are rising..
All the rooms (except for one) have airconditioning, although we didnt need to use it as we were there in September. It was interesting how even though the rooms have different sizes, they all have something nice that makes you appreciate the room. For example, the smallest room in the villa had one of the nicest bathrooms, very greek and very charming, whereas the biggest room had a more modern bathroom with a bath tub.
The patio area we loved especially after all, we decided to have our wedding there and it was beautiful! The downstairs patio has a very romantic little area that we used for the ceremony and the upstairs patio was perfect for the dinner and dancing afterwards.
Oh, and the cleaning lady (Anna) was worth a million bucks to us! I cant believe how she was able to clean as she did..
The only thing that was unfortunate was that one of the marble tables broke, possibly due to it not being a very stable construction, so please do take care if you decide to stay in the villa, however, they probably had it replaced by now so it should be fine.. Best to double check though (especially if you have any small children around).
All in all, the villa definitely made our wedding and stay in Santorini an unforgettable one..

If you ever visit Santorini...you MUST stay at this villa! Everything is within walking distance. Once inside the villa you will think it's the only one in town, totally private and very quiet. The kitchen was small, but efficient. The beds weren't the most comfortable. We were there during June and it was very hot. Though stated, there is no air-conditioning system. But the evenings had a lovely breeze and the pool was refreshing during the days. The housekeeper was very nice. She was in and out early in the day and the place was kept neat and clean. I awoke every morning, looked out the window at the water…and felt like I was still dreaming. All of the views from the villa are breathtaking. Perfect spot with spectacular views and excellent privacy in tiny village of Firostefani. The villa is close to the very busy and over-touristed main town of Fira (but not too close) and a nice walk north along the edge of the caldera to Imerovigli. Being close to Fira, there is a lot of foot traffic on the walkway above the villa, but the acoustics and positioning of the villa is such that you don't hear any of it. In addition, some of the best cafes (Galini) and restaurants (Vanillia, Cantucci) we ate at were right there in Firostefani.
Ana, the housekeeper was excellent--there from 7:30-3:00 if you need her, but very unobtrusive. The pool is small but kept clean, and great on a hot afternoon after hiking around the island. All the important stuff -- lights, refrigerators, plumbing etc. -- although not perfect, work well enough.
Overall, although expensive, this place is very special and worth it for a memorable experience!

- Astonishing view of the caldera
- conveniently located 10 minutes walk from Thira center, but far from the crowd
- great wsimming pool
- large barbecue for your BBQ sessions
- 2 bedrooms are very well furnished, other 2 are not exceptional (one is dark and spartane, the other has old beds)
