The Orchard

Style and elegance combined with uninterrupted views of the beautiful landscape onto the sea makes The Orchard a must for those wanting to be far from the crowds, but near to a good choice of excellent tavernaÕs, several secluded beaches and pretty terraced gardens and sundecks to relax in.
There are two cottages on the land, Lime House with two double bedrooms plus a mezzanine above the master bedroom that will comfortably sleep 2 people and Fig Cottage with one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
The cottages are set apart from each other on a terraced hillside, with a pretty swimming pool set below them with a comfortable relaxing area which is not overlooked by either cottage.
Both cottages share a private driveway with ample parking.

The Villas
The Lime house and Fig cottage are two peaceful villas set far apart on a west facing terraced hillside in a little hamlet called Markandonata, just 5 minutes away by car from Fiskardo in Kefalonia (in the north west of the island - the best part of the island in our opinion, as it is less developed). These villas are available to rent together or individually (in which case they share use of the pretty swimming pool).
The villas are connected by a stone path which cuts across the terraced gardens, but they each retain their own complete privacy, are further apart than most neighbours would be, as we own the whole hillside, have their own separate gardens and terraces, as well as separate entrances. The swimming pool is set below both cottages on a private terrace, which is not overlooked by either cottage.

The Lime House
has one large triple aspect double bedroom with balcony and mezzanine level which can sleep two people, a second double room with door to private patio, bathroom with rose head shower and freestanding bath and original Greek stone basin.

The open plan kitchen/living room is comfortable and cool with access to three terraces, perfect for sunset dining. The kitchen is well equipped with a table and seating for two. The living area also leads up to a mezzanine area where you can access books and some DVDs. The house contains most amenities you may need for your stay including a stereo, an iron and ironing board, a small hairdryer and a beach umbrella. Outside there are sun loungers and dining table and four chairs on the sun deck and a breakfast patio with table and two chairs.

*Both cottages are cleaned mid week during your stay, pool once a week.
Management of the properties are based in the same village.

Renovation
Both cottages in The Orchard have been renovated whilst still keeping all original features.
Complete re-fit of kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor space, swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
Whilst retaining the traditional thick walls and structure of the typically Greek stone cottages white walls, stone and wooden floors with clean lines will create an air of tranquillity and enhance your stay in our boutique accommodation.

Outside this Self catering villa in Fiscardo, Greece

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
