This 19th-century house is a true beauty under the old houses in the old village of Koskinou, which by itself is quite a heritage of the past. The house was once 2 houses next to each other and it is now made one big living house of 140 square meters. The house is on the edge of the old village which is a cliff overlooking a beautiful valley and furtheron towards rhodes. The house has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful living room with the handlaid pebbles in mosaic that is so typical of the old village of Koskinou. It has a nice courtyard with a big dining table, a b.b.q. and a stonebuilt spring for some cooling water. The house has a balcony and 2 nice roofterraces. The master bedroom has its own small but sufficient bathroom, and a fantastic view over the valley. fire place

Handover of keys was very easy! The house and all interieur was in very good condition and all needed items whre easy to find. All in all i can very recomment this house
