The Villa

This contempory villa is bright and immaculate, situated in 1 acre of land with olive trees and various fruit trees, set in a tranquil village with breathtaking sea and country views. The villa has its own private pool, sun terraces and extensive balconies offering space, comfort and privacy for all the family. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with patio doors leading to the lower balconies and pool. The dining room with seating for twelve leads to the large open plan living room which is completed with a log burner.

Outside
From the house a covered terrace leads to a large patio area with dining table and sun loungers. This leads down to the large private pool surrounded by a patio. On the upper level there is a large balcony across the whole length of the house and one side, with fantastic views to the sea, mountains and valley.

Local Area
The setting offers you the opportunity to get away from it all whilst only being a few minutes from local amenities such as beaches, shops and restaurants. The small town of Koroni, nearly at the southernmost point of the Messinian peninsula is a historic gem which has a splendid Venetian castle and monastery. Several attractive sandy beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive, Kobi, Memi and Zaga have tavernas and beach bars and all have crystal clear water and are safe for children. Falanthi has its own popular local taverna which is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. A supermarket, local shops and restaurants can be found in Harachopio only 5 minutes by car.
