This property is absolutely lovely. Our holiday was wonderful and it was lovely to return from the resorts to the peace and tranquility of the villa. The management team were on hand and friendly but never intrusive. We would definately return.

The villa was spacious, very clean and airy, bigger than it looks in the photos, so first impressions were very good. It had all the equipment needed for a very comfortable stay. No cable for the TV though so take a supply of DVDs if you must. The pool was great, well maintained and the surrounding area quiet and fairly rural, enjoy the bird song and animal noise - hens, goats. The welcome pack was indeed very welcome as the taxi driver took over an hour to find the villa, we drove around Tsilivi many times asking locals for directions. A Zante Connect sign at the road side or directions in Greek would have helped. So the beer and bottle of wine in the fridge were soon opened after our arrival. It is a 20 minute walk into town, 25 minutes to the beach. There is no pavement until you reach town and it was quite worrying walking along at times as cars sped past. We took a taxi to return after our evening out (6-7euro). Tsilivi has a good selec tion of bars and tavernas, a bit touristy but met the needs of us as a family. The beach and sea were beautiful and we enjoyed the Life Time Beach Bar. Overall a great holiday, very relaxing in a lovely villa. Thank you

Excellent property which provided the basis for a very enjoyable family holiday. The pool needs a little tlc, but we were made aware that some work is planned for the winter. Management company very helpful and attentive. Resort beautiful, and Theos rentals excellent service and value for car hire.
Would definitely recommend to a friend and would use again in the future.
Thanks!

We just got back from an excellent holiday in Zakynthos. The villa was very clean and ready for us on our arrival. There were 6 of us and we all very impressed. We had an evening flight coming home, and were allowed to stay in the villa until we were ready to leave which was a great relief - this was due to the not being someone else checking in until a few days later.
The pool was fantastic and, according the gentleman that maintains it, will be newly tiled next year.
It is about 15-20 minutes walk into the town from the villa, which can be a bit daunting at first but the walk is very enjoyable, allowing you to see some excellent views. Once you get used to the walk it flies by and helps you work up an appetite for the excellent meals to be had in Tsilivi. We didnt have a single bad meal in the 10 days we were there.
There are plenty of nice clean towels, which are all changed over if you have the mid-stay clean. If you dont have the clean, you can always use the washing machine which we found to be very easy to use.
The air conditioning provides a great break from the heat and is very efficient.
All in all, we had an excellent holiday thanks to finding this lovely villa and are hoping to go back next year to this beautiful island!

Paradise Villa, what can I say. There was 6 adults and 1 child, we stayed here for 2 weeks, bliss, cant fault anything. The villa is very clean. The area is quiet and relaxing, what more do you want from a holiday. Would not hesitate about staying here again. The walk into Tsilivi was a bit scary at times, as no pavements, but a good laugh. Its worth hiring a car for a while to go exploring. Cant wait to go again.

We stayed in the paradise villa for two weeks with 5 adults and two babies, the villa itself is extremely comfortable, well furnished with everything you need, the pool is spacious with plenty of sunloungers, we had a good supply of towels which were lovely and clean.
The area is quiet, it takes about 15-20mins to walk into tsilivi, the only drawback really is the walk was abit dangerous the cars speed round the bends so be careful, torches are recommended if you walk back at night.
All in all we had a fantastic holiday and will definately book this villa again, hopefully next year!

Paradise villa was an ideal base for a family holiday in Zante in a pretty location. It was clean and spaceious.
Zante Direct, who look after the property were very helpful and quickly sorted out a few minor issues. The pool was a real asset and bigger than it looked from the photos. It was cleaned and checked every couple of days. Our children (9 and 11) couldn only just touch the bottom at the shallow end which was fine for us since they are very good swimmers.
We had alot of fun on the tennis court, although there were no markings or net whist we were there.
We hired a car for the duration of our stay which was invaluble since it was quite a walk to the shops and beach and also meant we could easily get to some of the quieter beaches a bit futher away.
Paradise villa is a lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

Absolutely fantastic villa. Extremely spacious with all the mod cons to make your holiday a pleasure. Well equipped even down to travel plugs and dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. The surrounding complex is very nice. I would say that you may think about hiring car to enjoy the area. Our party didn't have one and we certainly did some walking to enjoy the amenities and beach at nearby Tsilivi - however we did take full of advantage of the local taxis which were reasonably cheap and very reliable. The beach is a good 20/25 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket about 15 minutes walk. That said we have booked Paradise Villa again next year - what better recommendation can you have.
