This is a real find, situated 6 miles from both Ballybunnion and Ballylongford. You are just a stones throw away from the very quiet sandy beach that stretches for 5 miles long.

The village of Asdee is 2 miles away and has a post office,church,and 2 pubs including the famous "Jessie James".There is also another pub just 1/2 mile up the road from the house,called "The Store".

Ballybunion is best known for its must-play golf links, with dramatic cliff scenery. If you can tear yourself away, good day trips include touring the Dingle peninsula or the Ring of Kerry, or take a ferry from Tarbert over to Co Clare to visit the Burren National Park.

The views from the house are spectacular.
Shannon Estuary is home to Europes largest school of bottlenose dolphins. They can be seen from the beach on a calm day. Dolphin watching boat trips go from Kilrush, which you can get to by ferry.

The beach is ideal for golf practice. There are two championship golf courses at Ballybunion, 5 miles away.

Carrigafoyle Castle is nearby, and on the island opposite there is a round tower and old monastery.

There is parking for up to 6 cars.
