The centre of Alghero is situated less than 2km away, and there is a bus service to the centre every 30 minutes. The 3-storey building houses a total of 41 fully furnished apartments. It also features indoor private parking (on request) and an internal swimming pool (complete with paddling pool) - that guests are free to use at any time.

Layout: There are three different types of apartments, sleeping 4, 6 or 8 guests. Stylishly decorated and fully furnished, the apartments come complete with safety deposit box and satellite TV. The apartments are fitted with heating/air conditioning.

The four-room apartment (8 pax) comprises three double bedrooms, lounge with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and two balconies with tables and chairs.
