This house is not a palace but a charming place for holidays out of concrete hotel bunkers. Not easy to find and only for tourists with a car. The house got a nice garden with many different trees and other plants. We enjoyed the friendly service of the house owners who were always ready to help. The house is placed in the suburbia of the historic town of Alghero where you can find good restaurants and pizzerias and from where you can reach by car many interesting places like Neptune´s Cave or the old silver mine of Argentiera. I guess that this place may be boring for teenagers and families with young children. The property was well-maintained and clean. There are two bedrooms and a kitchen with an oven. We enjoyed our stay and independence and I would recommend this house to everybody who does not expect a 5*-Apartment for a fair price.

With 3 friends I spent 8 days in this beautiful house. In the direct neigbourhood are only a few other houses and the garden is very nice. There are many fruit and olive trees. The house is afield of the city and you need a car (bike, scooter) for driving the short way to the beach and the city, because there is only a main road. 3km away is a very nice, long beach with white sand and the water is very clear. The whole island is very beautiful and the people in the city are nice. I recommend this house to families with/without children and to people who want to relax in a nice environment. But if you want to party, you have to come in the mainseason, because in Alghero there is not much nightlife.
It was one of the best beachholidays in my life and next year I want to return. The family who rented the house to us was very nice and helpful. They gave us many informations what to visit and cared for us. Thanks a lot!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this small but very clean and well presented house, despite a few 'act of God' difficulties (lost luggage, storms ...). The owners of the property were incredibly helpful in assisting us with both of these problems, especially regarding the needs of our 2-year old daughter. They came round regularly with their delightful boys to check that everything was OK.
The house is rurally located, but still convenient for Alghero (and its airport) & the beaches beyond Fertilia. If you are a light sleeper, the various animals from neighbouring properties may give you an early alarm call! The layout of the property is very secure, despite it being adjacent to a main road. While the kitchen area is quite small the washing machine is a real bonus & a hairdryer is also provided. The outside seating area is very pleasant.
Best places to eat - Nettuno in Alghero for lunch, or Pizza Rosa Blue for take-away in the evening.
Days out: Bosa is really worth a day trip. The little train is great!
Beaches: we liked Lazaretto best.
Best wine: Aragosta - but all local wine is excellent, as is Ichnusa beer!
Many thanks to Daniela & Giorgio

At our arrival in Alghero the owner met us outside the airport and followed us to this lovley little house and gave us the key. It was very clean and well-maintained. The owners are a young couple, very caring and they even had bought some food for us, it was late saturday evening.
The location is in the countryside, but still very near to the beach and Alghero town, five-ten minutes with the car.
There is a nice fishrestaurant 200 meters from the house
along the main road. Our favouriterestaurant is Nettuno in the old town. The food is outstanding.
Finally: We have had a relaxing and good vacation and I will recomend it to everybody.
Best regards
