Typically, they are 2 story stone and granite buildings in warm shades of yellow and ochre, reflecting traditional Sardinian style and charm. Each cottage apartment is on one floor with no internal stairs and with its own private terrace.

There are 2 swimming pools (also one for kids), tennis courts, health spa, restaurants, supermarket and more.

This cottage has a very large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. It comes complete table and chairs for outside dining if you'd like to self-cater or you can also dine at the property's sea view
restaurant. Enjoy access to the property's private sandy beach and Costa Paradiso's sparking blue waters.

This exclusive property is positioned in the north east of Sardinia between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura in the Gulf of Asinara. Enjoy a day visit toIsola Rossa (red island), La Maddalena Archipelago, S. Teresa di Gallura, Alghero, Costa Smeralda, Castelsardo or Orgosolo.

There is a therapeutic natural spring spa nearby - they offer mud baths, popular spa treatments and more. Nearby family-friendly activities include Horse riding, Diving, Surfing, Excursions by boat and Sailing. Gastronomic tourism can also be arranged for those who wish to sample the best of Sardinian and Italian cuisine.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
