Style : Beautiful cottage, full of charm and character. Large enclosed and mature grounds. Furnished terrace. Country setting, a short distance from the town of Dolo. 56 km south west of St Malo.
Situated in northern Brittany, 40 km south east of St Brieuc, 40 km from the sea, 56 km from the ferry port of St Malo. The lovely medieval town of Dinan, with its half timbered houses and picturesque port is just 25 km. A 50 minute drive will take you to Dol de Bretange with its pretty cobbled streets and mansions. Market day is Saturday, and there are plenty of places to dine. The Cathedral of Saint Samson is well worth a visit.
Environment : Backing a long and beautiful 4-km long lake (with sailing school and watersports activities), the village of Dolo (2 km) is like an oasis in the middle of green surroundings and enjoys a rich building heritage which earned it the title of Petite Cité de Caractère.

Lamballe. 20 km. Medieval town, full of character, with many beautiful historic buildings and half-timbered houses. Home of the National Stud Farm, world famous for its stallions and as a centre of excellence for dressage.
Dinan. 30 km. Quaint medieval town situated along the banks of the River Rance. The beautifully preserved town boasts a castle, narrow cobbled streets and old timbered buildings. Definitely worth a visit.
St Cast le Guildo. 35 km. Small but lively seaside resort with an impressive 7 beaches and secret inlets. A paradise to water fanatics with a multitude of activities and water sports available to all. Also beautiful views of the Emerald Coast and Cap Fréhel and ideal for delightful coastal walks.
Cap Fréhel. 40 km. Peninsula offering stunning views over the Côte d'Émeraude into the Golfe de Saint-Malo. The most spectacular cliffs and undulating terrain covered in moorland and marshes make it a favourite hotspot for both locals and tourists.

Piscine de Jugon les Lacs. 3 km. Pool. In a fantastic setting, on the banks of Lake Jugon, this outdoor heated pool with water slide, games, paddling pool with its own slide, etc. will delight the whole family. There are also 2 terraces with lovely views over the lake. Enjoy and relax!
Golf La Crinière, Lamballe. 20 km. Golf course. 9 holes Par 36 - 2780m. Designed by one of the best architects of French golf courses, it is a fine 9 hole course and is intended to be challenging but not impossible for high handicapped players. Woodland setting, in the grounds of a 17th century castle providing a lovely environment for a game of golf.
Piscine des Pommiers, Léhon/Dinan. 30 km. Pool. The only outdoor pool in Brittany open and heated (30°C) all year round. Sun terrace and lawn.
Indian Forest Bretagne, Morieux. 35 km. Tree top adventure park. Tree top trails and aerial walkways. 6 trails of different level. Great fun for the whole family.

St Brieuc. 40 km. Major city situated between the steep sided valleys of the River Gouedic to the east and the River Gouet to the west. Famous for its scallops.
Erquy. 45 km. Bustling fishing village with picturesque harbour and sought after seaside resort with no less than 10 beautiful, fine sandy beaches. Plenty of lovely fish restaurants.
Dinard. 45 km. A very elegant seaside resort with casino and Belle Epoque villas, beautiful sandy beaches (with kids club), tiny inlets and magnificent views of both the Rance river and the English Channel. Facing St Malo, to which it is linked by boat bus.
St Quay Portrieux. 60 km. Popular seaside resort with busy marina and bustling fishing port.
