We really enjoyed our stay at Vigna Renaro. The Villa was very nice ascetically, well equipped and hygenic. Our hosts Enzo and Catarina could not have been more helpful, warm and friendly. We have three children under the age of six and Enzo provided a temporary fence for the pool, which was a life saver.
The Villa itself is in a secluded location with amazing views. However, to get the views requires a hair-raising drive up the mountain!
We would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to spend time in the Gubbio region.

The property was very clean on arrival, well-appointed and cool in the summer heat. The grounds were very well-cared for and the pool was very welcome. While the steep and winding approach to the property is a rather daunting one at first, it can be soon mastered and the height achieved leads to some spectacular views across the plain of Gubbio towards receding ranges of Umbrian hills. The property is a convenient centre for visiting northern Umbria or the adjacent parts of Tuscany and the Marche. We were very touched by the obvious concern and friendliness of Enzo (the owner).

Excellent value and very peaceful setting. Enzo was most helpful and would reccomend this property to others. The road to the property is very rural and uphill. Due to condition of road it ronly allows you to drive in first gear for about half a mile. However it will not put us off returning in future. Well reccomended and cant wait to return
Thanks from Rod and Jane and children

Glad to have Enzo meet us to show us the way. We thought the climb up the hill in the car well worth it. Fantastic panoramic views, clean and spacious villa and pool. Very well equipped. Enjoyed being there relaxing and didnt feel the need to go very far. Will definitely return.

A beautiful property and very accurately described. The access road is very steep but we got used to it quickly and it wasnt a problem. Supermarkets and town within 10 mins but car is essential as property is high up the mountain - views spectacular and the temp is a little bit cooler which was very welcome in July.
Inside the house was cool and calm with a good range of kitchen utensils, and the beds were good. table tennis good fun and the swimming pool ws great.
Owners very courteous and helpful.
Probably the best property weve stayed in over the last few years - the quiet and unspoiled surroundings suited us well and the old town of Gubbio was lovely. Wed be very keen to return!

Enzo was tremendously helpful and a perfect host, he could not do enough for us. The property is a little difficult to access up a steep slope but has tremendous views over Gubbio.
Overall a very good location and value for money.

A personal touch from the owners of Vigna Renaro made our holiday really special. We wanted for nothing during our stay and really valued the owners local knowledge about Gubbio's history, where to eat and what to visit. True Italian hospitality. The property was clean and well appointed with a fabulous pool which had wonderful views over Gubbio. Tucked away high up, in the hillside of Gubbio, the long drive up to the property is well worth it for a truly secluded and relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely week at the villa with spectacular views and excellent weather. Our host was warm, welcoming and very helpful with information about the local area.
The swimming pool was a real bonus and it was easy just to stay at the villa and relax. The surrounding area had lots of things to see and do. Gubbio is a fascinating medieval town with great food and friendly people. Umbria is beautiful.
Thanks for a lovely holiday.
