Ground floor apartment with entrance directly into a nice sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, on the left three steps lead into a separate fitted kitchen. A door leads from the sitting room into a very spacious matrimonial bedroom giving onto a small room with a single bed and onto a large bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, bread toaster,mini food processor….plenty of everything you may need to feel at home. Hair Dryer. Private equipped terraceand garden on the side of the apartment. Reserved place by the swimming pool.

Borgo Santa maria in Valle -Il Carpano -The Garden
Historical Ffarm located on the hills on the left bank of the Arno River, close to Arezzo (15 kms.). The compound is composed of one cottage (4+2) and four apartments for 2 to 8 people. Our house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farmhouse .The farm is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The Compound is surrounded by a large fenced garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool . The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) ,vaccum cleaner available for common use. BBQ area with three Stone BBQ.

The farmhouse is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, Excellent location since is central and close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.
The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval hamlet of Laterina. The lodgings enjoy countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo they are also the ideal base for many excursions to all Central Italy. Firenze, Siena, Cortona, lake Trasimeno and Perugia are not so far away since there are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany .The shopping lovers will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Italian fashion brands : such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi, D&G, Armani ,Bottega Veneta and many others…

Suitable for wheelchairs ( The shower is a roll in, the door are wide enough for a wheel chair. The only problem that the disabled person must be with company since there are three steps to reahc the kitchen. The beddroom and the bathrooma re very spacious and the swimming pool is easily reached. )

Excellent location since is central and close Florence, Siena and Arezzo and to the major art cities of Umbria. The area is full of nice restaurants that offer either the typical Tuscan cuisine or Pizza. Supermarket, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, and a nice restaurant are in Laterina only 2.5 km from the house. More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, while Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo. The train station to reach Florence is 7 km from the house (free safe parking) and in about one hour it will take you right to the centre of the city without having to worry about parking and traffic. Activities: Tourism, Sightseeing, Bird watching, Hiking.Mountain Biking, Walking,relaxing The Natural Reserves of “Valle dell’Inferno e Bandella” and “Ponte Buriano e Penna” will also give visitors the opportunity to explore this area natural environment through quite a few charming itineraries. Surpassed our wildest dreams. Anna & Giorgio are friendly and gracious.They answered all our questions, planned our sightseeing trips including a wonderful long weekend in Venice & Padua & the apartment was faultless in all aspects. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and varied.Access to the regional train for day trips is a great option for a stress free day.
