I dont get easilly impressed nowdays,I must say our stay will be in our memories for a very long time.What a wonderfull place.Thank-you.

Staying in this villa for a week was like being in a dream, or a movie. The views, which surround you, are unbelievable. An extra special part of our stay was lying in bed at night and being able to see the lights on in the villages below. In addition, the air felt so light and pleasant, and the fragrance of the gardens only made it more wonderful. The gardens themselves were a joy, and my children enjoyed them in particular. I will never forget making chicken saltimbocca with sage and lemons we picked right outside the door. (And then eating it al fresco on the wonderful terrace).
Other aspects, like comfortable beds, openable shutters, heated towel bars, and a welcome basket further enhanced our stay.
Although this villa is slightly remote from some of the larger sights (Lucca and Pisa) they are still easy for day trips. And we found our week here to be a lovely respite from the crowds and magnificence of Rome and Venice.
In short, we recommend this without reservation. I only wish I could go back!

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We arrived late so did not fully appreciate the views until the first morning when I opened the bedroom shutters to a landscape of mist and mountains. We really couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful location. The gardens are perfectly kept and add to the already breathtaking scenery. The villa is amazing, it’s a wonderful combination of grand and snug. We visited Florence, Pisa and Lucca in a week so it’s perfectly located to explore if you can bear to leave the villa.

We feel very privileged to have been the first visitors to Colletto and to have been blessed with such wonderful weather. We were a party of 14 which took some managing. We all totally loved the house & garden and the enchanting village of Coreglia.
