Beautiful villa in sicily with pool: beautiful sea viwes
Villa Giulia is set at some kms from Altavilla, a bathing area in the northwestt of Sicily, set at halfway between Palermo and the famous village of Cefalù. The villa distances 5 minutes from a beautiful beach. The pool is in use from the 15th April to 6 November. The villa is about at 50 minutes from Palermo Airport and 20 minutes from Palermo by car. There are food shops and several restaurants in the area. For its location is an excellent base for a cultural exploration west Sicily.
Villa Giulia furnishings and fittings have been chosen with great care. On the lower floor is a bedroom, a bathroom (toilet, bidet and shower), a large kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and 2 sofas. The upper floor consists of 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to terraces. All rooms have air-conditioning. The garden and the 2 terraces of the villa have several areas, which remain cool and shaded throughout the day, and during the summer both lunch and dinner can be taken outdoors. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs.
Because of the presence of air-contioning and a fireplace, the house offers a pleasant stay also in low season.
