Enchanting studio that is very spacious - view of the sea and golf course
Sevilla Studio is a self contained open plan penthouse studio overlooking a championship golf course and The Caribbean Sea in Runaway Bay on the north coast of Jamaica.
Sevilla has a private gated car park and the studio has it's own access with double doors that open onto a spacious veranda. Inside there is a breakfast bar area and kitchen with a large cooking range and fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils and crockery pots and pans etc. There is a platform area, we use the platform area as a dressing room, and put the queen sized bed downstairs, however, some guests prefer to have a bed up in the platform area as well. The studio is furnished with antique furniture, a TV cable and the property has wireless internet service and comes with A/C
The studio is only five minutes walk from your own private residents white sandy beach where you can hire a deck chair for J$200 per day and enjoy peace and quiet and the turquoise blue sea. The beach is lined with almond trees that offer a welcome shade from the sun, and there is a bar and shop for refreshments.
We built the studio only 3 years ago really for family, however, it is so nice we also want to share it with you!! When we first found the location we loved it, the beach is a white beach and clean and managed well and the sea is turquoise blue. Also people who live on the golf course get half price rounds of golf. Other attractions are near including swimming with dolphins, climbing Dunn's river falls (amazing!!) and adventure parks such as Chukka Cove and Mystic Mountain - so there is loads to do!!
