Baywatch is a awesome place to rent when coming to Manila. It is a home away from home. Some things need to be maintained (Aircondition Unit leaking). Hotwater unit not working. All in All it is a great place to stay. near to all shopping and bars.
Taxis easy and accessible. Recommends to stay again.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort, die Ansicht war schrecklich, und die Leute waren besonders ausgezeichnet Reiniger und Leandro waren gibt weiter, für was wir fragen.
Das Zimmer machte uns sehr bequem während unseres Aufenthalts. die Lache und Wäscherei machten auch den Aufenthalt
noch besser. Würde hier wieder froh bleiben

We stayed at this condo on December of 2009 and we are very satisfied. The location is great (close to Mall of Asia, Luneta Park, U.S. Embassy, Manila Bay) with restaurants available nearby. The staff was wonderful especially Leandro. When we arrived in the Philippines, I called Leandro to ask for directions to the condo and he was very helpful. He was also very accomodating as soon as we arrived. However, the lady in the front desk was not helpful and was rude at times. I also have to give credit to the security guard who helped us flag down a taxi in the middle of a rainstorm...now thats customer service! The room is complete with all the kitchen amenities (stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink, etc.). The living room has a sofa bed, TV with cable and dvd player, telephone, and WiFi internet access. The bedroom is very roomy and the bathroom is clean. The air conditioning units were very cold and strong. The balcony is small, but the views are amazing. I highly recommend this condo unit and I will definitely book it again on my next Philippine trip.

Stunning view from Manila Bay was one of the interesting and shopping malls, restaurants nearby. It was great all in all and enjoyable stay.
