The apartment was in an excellent position. Providing people have no problems walking it was about a fifteen, twenty minute walk from the train station, it was ten minutes from the main square in Krakow, about five minutes from Wywel Castle, and only five or ten minutes from some fab bars and restaurants in the old Jewish quarter. We had very good meals in those restaurants, typically Polish food, with six beers, large, for three people, for around £20. If you go to the more touristy places around the city you will pay three or four times more. Why indeed would you?
So more about the apartment, it was clean and everything you needed was provided.
There was however for me quite an unexpected problem, if I tell you that our little party was made up of myself and my husband, both in our fifties, our son in his late twenties and a friend of his who joined us from Spain. We didnt know our sons friend. It came as quite a shock then to find we basically all had to share a bedroom! I do not know how I missed this info when booking, I thought there were two double bedrooms. There was in fact a large room with a double and single bed and a mezzanine over half the room with very steep stairs to another double bed. The beds were all made up and comfortable but if you didnt know each other beforehand you soon would. I feel people should be made aware of this issue.

Appartment is in very good location, close to town square & rail/coach station (10 mins walk), also extremely modern shopping centre. Comfortable & well appointed, offering a better experience than hotels, with the ability to come & go as you please & do your own thing. The mezzanine level bedroom was unusual, but added to the novelty factor, once the kids decided who was using it. Will not hesitate to return, as we only had a couple of days & want to visit Krakow again & this is an ideal base. Recommended.

Really nice clean apartment, fully equiped with everything you could need. Really central to everything which is all close by ie walking distance 5 mins to square. Quiet residential area by the castle as described we loved it.
Apartment very, warm and welcoming and thanks to Paulina who had a bit of a wait to meet us after our flight was delayed and then diverted.
**Please change the getting there instructions and map as the bus plans are not correct anymore -express bus does not happen- far better bet is to get the train into Krakow Glowny (15 mins) from airport and walk to the apartment (15 mins) and the same with getting back to the airport or get a car/taxi.
Thanks

We were very impressed with the apartment - very luxurious indeed! The location was also fantastic - we walked everywhere with our kids aged 3 and 5. It only took 5 minutes to get to the town square, castle and Jewish quarter.
There was also a supermarket a few minutes walk away which was very convenient.
I would definitely recommend the apartment for couples and families alike and it was certainly much better (and cheaper) than staying at a 5 star hotel.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely spacious. The only criticsm I would have is that the mezzanine bedroom had nothing to stop a child, or an adult for that matter, falling to the floor below. If this was rectified I would definitely give the apartment an excellent rating. Really enjoyed our stay here though! Thank you.

From the moment I walked in to the apartment I was surprised. The outside of the building is old and in my opinion needs a clean and a fresh coat of paint! The inside, however, needs no such thing.
We all loved the apartment, except for the stairs and the upstairs bedroom. This is not an apartment for two couples, but is more suited to a family. The stairs are too steep and the upstairs bedroom is too low and there is no privacy up there!
Other than those two faults, I thought the apartment was excellent and would stay there again if I was travelling with just my fiance.

Excellent apartment in a very good location. Very clean and tastefully furnished. Two comments. One the lift did not work and more importantly we were not warned that there is building work going in the apartment below which starts at 7am each morning.

This Krakow property could not be in a better location - one block from the square and castle and a short walk to the Kazmirz Area. We will stay here again. The balcony was a surprize and had a great historic view despite another review.

Excellent modern apaprtment in a central location. Only caveat is that it is totally open plan so you need to know the people you are staying with pretty well and take ear plugs if they snore.

A modern, well furnished apartment, clean and warm and very well situated for walking into Krakow.
The mezzanine floor bedroom could be a problem for some people looking for more privacy from the other persons in the main bedroom, and would clearly not be suitable for anyone with a mobility problem since the short open plan staircase was very steep, but other than this the apartment was very comfortable and there was adequate storage space for clothing.
Self catering was well provided for and the local grocery shop was five minutes away and had plenty of choice.
The bathroom arrangements were good, with plenty of hot water, and good water pressure for the shower.
Altogether our stay was very enjoyable and the representative we met at the apartment was both pleasant and helpful. The transportation to and from the Airport was completely hassle free and well worth arranging prior to travelling.

Lovely apartment centrally located. My only apprehension about giving it a good review is it might get too popular and we wouldn't be able to use it again in the future : )
This place is a pad.

We had a very enjoyable visit to Krakow made all the more so by the comfort our accomodation.
The introduction by Agnes was friendly, helpful and informative. The appartment was large, nicely furnished and well equipped.
It was well located for both Kazimierz and Rynek Glowny.
Thoroughly recommended.

As promised a centrally located large apartment just five minutes walk from the old town in a quiet and safe area, met at airport by rep and in property 40 minutes later to find milk, tea cofee etc all bought in as well as dishwasher tablets and washing powder. As only two of us were staying the additional bedroom was not used but vast ammount of room and when compared to hotel prices good value.Only minor point would be only english channel on the sat tv was the news, overall a well furnished spotlessly clean apartment with my wife wanting to take the bathroom home with her.

I could not say enough about our stay in the apartment in Krakow - it was top class ..very clean and everything we needed was there ... very comfortable, very safe and excellent location for the town. If that were my apt to live in I would be delighted. I would recommend to anyone.

We were met at the airport by the property representative who spoke
excellent English and then we were taken directly to the apartment. This was
a good help because it was dark and is not easy to find yourself around if
you are not familiar with the surroundings.
Aghnieska gave us the keys and explained a few things about apartment and
other details we needed to know, It’s worth to mention that on arrival there
was a welcome pack that was greatly appreciated as we were able to have a
cup of tea before setting off for the shops the next morning!
The property and its location were both absolutely fantastic, far exceeding
what we expected. The apartment was roomy with its high ceiling and tall
windows.
The equipment at the apartment gave us feeling of home comfort which is all
you need when you are away on holidays.
I found the accommodation fantastic and very good value for money and would
certainly have no reservations in recommending cracowstay.com to any of my
friends or family.

It is a realy great place. Is spacieus enough for two couples and one child. The bedroom upstairs was quite a surprise. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the outside view (courtyard with cars). The place was just renovated en clean. We want to thank en greet Adam for his help en service.

Definitely the best place for a stay in Krakow. Very nice, stylish and comfortable apartment in one of the most quiet street in Krakow. I would only suggest to add some color elements in the deco to make it perfect (but you don't discuss colors and tastes, do you ?). Although I arrived several hours ahead of schedule, a representative was on the spot less than 5 minutes after I gave a call to announce that I was in front of the building: for that also I want to thank you...

Hi this apartment is in a perfect location for all that krakow has to offer,I went with my family consisting of 15 year old a 9 year old and a 8 month old ,we had no idea what the country was like let alone if the company would fulfill there promise to meet us at the airport and bring us to a luxury apartment.our flight times were very early morning but still two very helpful girls met us with a smile and loads of info about the city and surrouding area they accompanied us to the apartment which had everything we needed and would expect to find in a good hotel from towels to tea ,coffee and cake.everyhting was fresh and clean the only thing i could possibly ask for that wasn't their was air conditioning although having the lovely big windows and the balcony opened i suppose we didn't really need it.
i would like to thank the girls who were extremely professional and more than helpful a credit to any company.

The property is an excellent standard, and excellent value for money.
The only suggestion I would have is for a warning about how steep the stairs are to the top bedroom (and that it overlooks the lower bedroom).
Overall the stay we had was excellent and we would recommend.

5 star apartment and professional service from the local and UK agents.
Our flight was delayed by 11 hours and this delay was monitored independently by the agents who eventually met us at Krakow airport at 1am!
The apartment itself is finished to the quality of a luxury hotel and feels much bigger than is conveyed by the photographs on the website. Perfect for a couple or family, but two or couples may find there is not enough privacy as one bedroom has an open balcony over the other.
The location is in a residential block with Polish families and other tourist properties- feels a safe area. A new lift is installed, but was not commissioned at the time of our stay (would have been useful for the baby's buggy)- however there is only one short flight of stairs to the apartment.
The block is really in an ideal location, 2mins walk to the castle, 5 mins to the market square. We would not consider any other accommodation if we return to Krakow and have already recommended this property to friends.

Photos on website do not do this place justice, has to be one of the most modern and luxurious apartments I have ever stayed in. Our airport transfers were arranged by company and made locating the apartment simple. Adam (company rep) who welcomed us at the apartment was extremely helpful, he could be contacted throughout the stay to answer any questions. Location is excellent for both the old town and jewish district, all of which are within approx 5 mins walking distance. Kracow was everything we expected and more - well worth a visit!

Even after a 2 hour delay, Adam was still waiting patiently at arrivals!, very helpful and informative about the apartment and where to go/what to see. The pictures of the apartment don't do it justice, it has to be seen, very modern with everything you could possibly need. The town and castle are well worth the visit with some stunning views. Thanks, we will definately be back!

Thank you very much for the hospitality you showed us during our stay at your lovely
apartment last week. The apartment was much nicer than we expected and everything
about it was just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Krakow and are already
missing the snow and pierogi! We definitely hope to return later in the year.
Please pass on our thanks to Adam for being so charming and helpful.
Regards and Best Wishes

Dear Adam
I just wanted to say thank you for your personal kindness and excellent
service. The apartment was very comfortable, in the best location imaginable
and strategically located so that I could find a taxi without any
difficulty. Although I was in Krakow for only few days, I was able to enjoy
the wonderful and friendly people, and noted being surrounded by so much
historical significance. I wish you well in building your business and will
enthusiastically tell others of my very positive and friendly experience,
and hope that many others will discover this "best kept secret". I would
prefer this style of family accommodation to that of a noisy hotel any day.
Thank you again for all of your kind assistance.
Very sincerely
Monika

It was the first time I had been to Poland, so naturally when I arrived at
the airport I was wondering about what kind of challenges I had ahead of me.
Cracowstay.com offered to pick me up from the airport, and as soon as I
stepped out of the airport one of their representative was there as
promised.
Once I've arrived at the apartment, Adam showed me around the flat
He also gave me plenty of advice and good suggestions about restaurants and
places to visit nearby which was fantastic!
The apartment itself is very comfortable, extremely spacious, light and
beautifully designed as according to what is shown on the website.
The location of the apartment could not be better. Situated between Old Town
centre and Kazimierz is absolutely perfect - around 5 minutes' walk.
There is also tram station, bus stop and taxi bay just around the corner if
you can't be bothered to walk.
I would recommend it without hesitation to a number of friends who like me,
love travel, and I have every intention of visiting again.
Thank you to for such a great experience
