TWO BEDROOM, GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT
We have two identical Club Albufeira apartments that are particularly suitable for families with young children and anyone not wishing to negotiate hills during their stay. Both apartments can accommodate up to 5 persons and 2 babies. They are situated very close together and are only minutes walk away from any of the 4 swimming pools & restaurants, sandy play park, supermarket & for the free shuttle bus service which runs a two minute return trip from the reception to the Old Town twice a day, yet far enough away to enjoy total peace & tranquillity. The lounge & master bedroom both open out onto beautiful gardens. The large lounge includes a dining area with separate table & chairs, cable TV, DVD player, a music centre and ceiling fan. Each bedroom has large fitted wardrobes & ceiling fans. The new kitchen is fully equipped & has built-in oven & hob, very large fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Both bathrooms, one en-suite, have bath with shower over, basin, toilet & bidet. Iron/ironing board also available. Outside are two private patio areas with garden furniture. MY PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXTRAS FREE airport transfers, welcome pack, all utilities, air-conditioning, use of all club facilities, money safes, cots, highchairs and a weekly clean & laundry change. The apartment is available immediately on your arrival and is to be vacated 2 hours and 30 minutes before your departure flight time, 24/7. Two free cots & highchairs are also supplied free of charge but please supply your own cot bedding.
Location
CLUB ALBUFEIRA is situated 35 Km from the International Airport of Faro, just 30 minutes away by car. It is well located on the Ferreiras to Albufeira road giving easy access to the centre of Albufeira. Also nearby are the E.N. 125, the main road running East/West along the Algarve, and the "Via do Infante", the motorway that leads directly to Spain. The Club comprises over 250 villas and apartments furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The Club also boasts four swimming polls with one being heated during the winter months. Centrally located the apartment makes for an all year round holiday destination with something for everyone. For those looking for a holiday with great resort facilities, close to all the main attractions. Fishermans beach is 2km away where you will find a variety of fine restaurants, Shops, bars cafes and plenty of amusement for children. There is a free shuttle bus service provided by the Club, which runs regularly to and from the centre of Albufeira. The 24hour reception desk can arrange day trips to all local attractions including Water Parks, Zoo Marine and Boat Trips. Only 5 mins away is the popular ‘Algarve Shopping Centre with a number of designer shops, discount retail outlets, bowling, cinema and a host of international restaurants. Glorious beaches for which the Algarve is famous, are only a 5 min drive away. Good on site facilities and supermarket are within walking distance. For the golfers you are only within a 30 minute drive to every Golf course in the Algarve area.
