It is 8 km from the mystic town of Sintra, 15 km from the cosmopolitan Cascais with its marina and 17 km from Estoril which has the biggest casino in Europe. Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point in continental Europe, is 5 km from the property. For golfers there is a driving range 6 km away and 18 km away the golf courses of Estoril and Penha Longa.

The house is surrounded by a cute garden, a brand new swimming pool with all in a relaxed atmosphere where the silence is only broken by singing birds.

The villa is set towards the front with the pool and garden at the rear of the house. Spread over two floors and equipped with floor heating, it comprises 4 double rooms all with windows facing the garden (2 in groundfloor, 2 in the above floor), 1 double room connecting to the kitchen (optional), living room with open fireplace, dining room, 2 shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Across the swimming pool there is an annex with a large bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed, 1 double drawer bed, TV and 1 shower room, ideal for youths or children.
