Weve had a great holiday Frankie was a great help at both ends of our stay, with a warm welcome on day one and flexibility on our leaving time on the last day.

Myself, husband and 2 children stayed in this villa for 2 weeks. We were also joined by my mum and Aunty. With 4 adults and 2 children ( 1 of which is a baby) at no point did we feel crowded. Plenty of space. We loved this villa. Everything that we could ask for - and more. We would wake up in the morning and breakfast overlooking the pool, then a quick dip in the pool. Perfect!

My husband and I travelled from Australia and were joined by our son who lives in Germany and his girlfriend. We had a fantastic time and were very impressed with the apartment which had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There were lots of little extras in the apartment, dressing gowns, hair dryer, books, (we dont have young children but also lots of play things for the pool), also we were greeted with fresh bread, milk, jam, butter etc which was great as we arrived on a late flight. Lots of other bits and pieces were also in the kitchen, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, tea, coffee, tomato sauce and all manor of bits that certainly help with just making it all easier. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we were well informed with directions and all we needed to know. We spent 5 days sightseeing all along the Algarve and also a day in Seville. We had a wonderful time and it was lovely to return "home" each evening. The area particularly suited us and there wasnt anything we didnt enjoy about the accommodation. We had stayed at Portimao in 2008 when our son was racing at the Autodromo at a World Superbike meeting, but if we had known about this property it would have suited us far more. It is a perfect place to stay if you are going to the race circuit and we wouldnt hesitate to stay there again and most certainly recommend it to anyone looking to holiday on the Algarve. You do need to drive to the beach but we found the pool area more than adequate. We enjoyed Lagos very much and took a boat trip out to sea and swam in the ocean and visited the grottos along the coast line which was awesome.The German Bakery is delicious! We had a couple of meals at Alvor in the evenings which were very pleasant. We found Albuferia too commercial and caterered specifically for English tourists so we were extremely happy with where we were. Thanks Frankie for your hospitality, we hope to visit again.

We had a brilliant holiday made all the better by this excellent well equipped villa which far exceeded our expectations. We were met on arrival by Frankie who showed us around,the extra little touches like bread,milk,tea coffee etc made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The villa is in quiet scenic surroundings although I imagine the pool area could get busy at peak times. A car is essential but there are a lot of places and beaches to visit a within a short driving distance. We will definatley recommend to our friends and family.

Excellent value for money. Very well furnished and catered for all our needs. Frankie met us on arrival and showed us round the villa and was on call to answer all our queries. You definatley need a car, but everywhere is just a short drive away.
The villa is exactly how it looks in the photos and was the ideal place to relax. Its a shame the pool was being repaired during our stay, but it proberbly would have been too cold to swim in it in Nov anyway. Hopefully we will make it back when the weather is warmer. Thanks for a lovely time :)

We could not have asked for more. We were personally greeted and shown around the villa. The villa was equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The pool was regularly looked after and very clean.We will definitely return for another holiday and recommend it to all our friends. Thank you so much for a special holiday.

A very well proportioned & decorated property.
Frankie & Les were very friendly and made us feel welcome, Les also organised our golf days and joined us for 2 of the days.
We all enjoyed our stay and we look forward to using it again in the next 18 months.
The only down side is the need for a vehicle to do the shopping, no shop on the premises, also a bar would be an advantage.
We were informed that these are in the pipeline for when the rest of the properties have been completed.
Apart from that, a very good location for travelling around Southern Portugal, very centralised and close to the A22.

Lovely villa, quality furnishings, ideally located next to community pool - which means you can use the villas sun loungers if you want and easily pop-in to get drinks etc. Frankie, the owner, was an excellent host.
Being just a 10 min drive east of Lagos, its away from the hustle and bustle, so having a car is convenient. Getting to the main beach, Mia Praia, was a pleasant 5 min drive with easy parking at the beach. It’s also a good base for trips to other places on the Algarve, such as the castle at Silves.
We would definitely stay there next time we go to the Algarve.

This property was exactly as shown on the website, the facilities were excellent. Frankie was very helpful with my many queries! The kids want to live there, the pool is fantastic and the villa is idealy situated for visiting the many attractions of the Algarve. A car is essential and driving over there is so easy. We will definetly be back.

Clean, modern and well furnished property. Idealy located for my particular purposes, access to the new Park Algar race track and quite roads/hills for cycling training. The property was perfect for my needs. Will definitely return.

Beautifully clean and really well equipped village house with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The owner was really helpful and we had a super time. Lovely pool to lounge by and good location but you do need a car to get around.
Would not hesitate to come again and have recommended to all friends and family

Beautiful house ideal for a family. Very spacious and new. The grounds around the area are very well maintained. The location is ideal ten mins drive from lagos and portamio so a car is a must.. Ideal to come back to in the evening after a hectic day. The owner met us on arrival and and made us feel very welcome. The whole package is as is advertised on the web site and i would highly recommend it to anyone interested.

Villa facilities were superb. Villa was luxurious, clean and very comfortable. Swimming pool area was excellent. Shops and restaurants were within a few minutes drive.

It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the house, we couldn't believe how beautifully furnished it was and equipped with everything one needs for a self catering holiday. Frankie (the owner) was a great, making sure we settled in and explaining where good local facilities were, i.e. local restaurants and supermarkets. There was even a box of toys which was such a great and welcome surprise for our daughter after the long trip. The location is in the countryside which, for us, was ideal, peaceful and calming. We would definitely have no hesitation recommending this accommodation, superb. Tomlins Family

This property was perfect. It's out of the way but still close to it all and not at all isolated.
The villa itself was wonderfully furnished, very spacious and comfortable. It was great for us (2 couples), it's big enough that you don't feel you're on top of each other. Unlike many rental properties the kitchen is very well equipped so you can prepare more than very basic meals.
The owners were very helpful and provided a food starter pack and printed a weather forecast, which was useful.
All in all, we had a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return to this villa.

We had a wonderful time, the travel instruction were very simple to follow, we hired a car for a week which we picked up from the airport and booked in advance, driving in Portugal is easy very few cars on the road.We are a family of 6 and we found the villa more than catered for our needs, infact 2 days we stayed at the villa and chilled out by the pool and we can thoroughly recommend the Restaurant which is within walking distance. The accommodation is well maintained with all the modern facilities, spacious and everything is as it is discribed on the website.
We found our location was ideal for visiting palaces down the coast of the Algarve, our favourite was visiting the beaches,evening shopping and eating in the lovely old town and marina at Logos.
Most definitely the best food and most relaxing holiday we have had, and the weather was great too.
I played golf one day and there are plenty of courses near by. The owners have prepared a guest information pack which was very helpful and on arrival we were welcomed with a food pack and a bottle of wine to get us started.
We look forward to booking again next year.

The property was spotless, well equipped & a pleasure to stay at. We will return next year and plan to book both properties for 2 families. The few house & beach / pool toys provided were a godsend. Very child friendly & well located for best beaches, water park etc. Pool a little cold in Oct, toddler wouldn't swim not sure if heating it slightly is an option!

Absolutely first class. Ideally suited for families, home from home. The developement in which the Villa is situated is beautifully maintained. The Villa itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, I really couldn't recommend it enough. Frankie the owner is wonderful and extremely helpful and went so far as to fit child safety gates for us as we have an extremely lively 2 year old!! The Villa is close to all amenities and an abundance of excellent restaurants in either direction by car. Suffice to say we will be booking again for next year.....fantastic.

Fantastic property! It is superbly situated and brilliantly equipped, we could not have hoped for more.
The villa is located on a small development and the property and grounds are well kept and presented. The villa was spotlessly clean and the layout and furnishings are faultless.
Close to all local amenities and lots of excellent restaurants.
